对中国底蕴的高校人才培养质量标准建设的思考

【摘要】：国务院印发的《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案》实施以来,围绕何谓"双一流"和如何建设"双一流"等问题,学界开展了诸多讨论。但高校人才培养质量标准如何建设这个核心问题并未引起学界和高校的足够重视。是继续沿用西方的标准建设"双一流",还是创建中国文化底蕴的高校人才培养质量标准?显然,建设中国文化底蕴的高校人才培养质量标准已经刻不容缓。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the "overall Plan for promoting the Construction of the first Class Universities and First-class disciplines" issued by the State Council, many discussions have been held in academic circles on what is "double first-class" and how to build "double first-class". However, the core problem of how to construct the quality standard of talent training in colleges and universities has not been paid enough attention to by academic circles and universities. Should we continue to use the Western standards to build "double first-class", or create the quality standard of talent training in colleges and universities based on Chinese culture? Obviously, it is urgent to construct the quality standard of talent training in colleges and universities.
