大学生就业质量:基于个体问卷数据的分析

【摘要】:基于全国范围内大学毕业生就业质量微观调查数据,选取十项大学毕业生就业质量评价指标,从总体和分类别两个角度对大学毕业生的就业质量进行了测算和比较。大学毕业生总体的就业质量不高;性别、婚姻状况、政治面貌对大学毕业生就业质量的影响并不明显,就业质量得分随专、本、硕学历层次的提升而增加;随收入水平的提高,大学毕业生就业质量得分呈增加、减少、再增加的趋势。要提高大学毕业生就业质量需从完善劳动法律法规、建立高效一体的劳动力市场、提高最低工资水平、降低大学生的人力资本投资风险和提高大学毕业生的人力资本收益五个方面入手。
[Abstract]:Based on the microcosmic survey data of the employment quality of college graduates in the whole country, the employment quality of university graduates is measured and compared from the overall and the sub-category perspectives. Ten evaluation indexes of the employment quality of university graduates are selected. The overall employment quality of college graduates is not high; the influence of gender, marital status and political outlook on the employment quality of college graduates is not obvious. College graduates' employment quality scores increased, decreased, and then increased. In order to improve the employment quality of college graduates, it is necessary to improve the labor laws and regulations, establish an efficient labor market, and raise the minimum wage level. To reduce the risk of human capital investment of college students and to improve the human capital income of college graduates.
