个体化带教模式在外科护生带教中的应用研究

【摘要】：目的对应用个性化带教模式对在外科进行实习的护生实施带教的效果进行研究。方法选择2015年7月~2016年7月在我院外科进行实习的护生88名作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和研究组,各44例。采用常规带教模式对对照组研究对象进行实习带教;采用个性化带教模式对研究组研究对象进行实习带教。对比两组研究对象在带教干预前后的理论考核和操作技能考核分数的改善幅度、对外科实习带教过程中带教模式的满意度、工作中差错性事件的发生例数。结果研究组研究对象在带教干预前后的理论考核和操作技能考核分数的改善幅度明显大于对照组;对外科实习带教过程中带教模式的满意度明显高于对照组;工作中差错性事件的发生例数明显少于对照组。结论应用个性化带教模式对在外科进行实习的护生实施带教的效果非常明显。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of individualized teaching mode on nursing students in surgery. Methods 88 nursing students in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were randomly divided into control group (n = 44) and study group (n = 44). The normal teaching model was used to teach the subjects in the control group, and the individualized teaching mode was used to teach the study group. The degree of improvement of the scores of theory and operation skills before and after teaching intervention was compared between the two groups, the satisfaction of the teaching mode in the teaching process of surgical practice and the number of cases of error-related events in the work were compared. Results in the study group, the improvement range of the scores of theory and operation skills before and after teaching intervention was significantly greater than that of the control group, and the satisfaction degree of the teaching mode in the process of surgical practice teaching was significantly higher than that of the control group. The incidence of error-related events in the work was significantly less than that in the control group. Conclusion the application of individualized teaching mode is very effective for nursing students in surgery practice.
