创新、共融、整合:突破当下社会工作教育困境的路径探索

【摘要】:在回应中国特色社会工作的特质,社会工作教育与研究显得苍白无力。只有反思当前中国社会工作脱离现实的“教育先行”话语,从“凉爽高地”跳入实践的“低洼沼泽地”俯身与社会工作实务者携手共进;在伙伴关系相互融入或者镶嵌基础上,以发展性社会工作理论与实践为基础,通过行动研究以及服务—学习所要求的反身性和行动性进行高度协同;以后现代主义对不确定和多元包容的知识重新建构社会工作教育。云南大学社会工作研究所协同云南连心社区照顾服务中心建立“大连心”团队,以立足西部十余年的社会工作实践教育为基础,发展出一套以社会创新、融合和整合为核心概念的发展性社会工作教育与实践模式。该模式认为社会工作教育必须将传统的研究、教育与社会服
