大学生思想政治教育成本影响因素研究

【摘要】：大学生是十分宝贵的人才资源,是民族的希望、祖国的未来。面对新的形势、任务和要求,以效益提升为导向,认真分析大学生思想政治教育成本的影响因素及其存在的问题,进而寻求成本优化的路径与对策,实现教育资源的有效利用与合力效应,成为大学生思想政治教育应当重视和研究的一个现实课题。所谓大学生思想政治教育成本,是指高等学校为培养中国特色社会主义事业的合格建设者和接班人,对进行大学生思想政治教育所耗费的全部资源和付出的代价总和。与一般概念上的成本相区别,大学生思想政治教育的特殊属性决定了其成本具有客观性、多样性、依附性、动态性和迟效性等特征。思想政治教育是一个开放的系统,教育主体、对象、介体和环境不仅影响着思想政治教育的运行过程,也是影响思想政治教育成本的主要因素。高校立身之本在于立德树人。不可否认,各高校围绕大学生思想政治教育的“成本”和“效益”,进行了较为深入的理论研究和实践探索,取得了可喜进展与教育“效益”,但仍存在主体成本意识淡薄、忽视隐形成本存在、介体要素创新不足,以及环境成本整合不足等问题,在一定程度上影响和制约着大学生思想政治教育实效性的提升。对此,我们应站在培养中国特色社会主义事业建设者和接班人的战略高度,加强大学生思想政治教育队伍建设,提高大学生思想政治教育的接受能力,完善大学生思想政治教育成本管理机制,优化大学生思想政治教育的载体和环境,注重思想政治教育硬件软件投入。只有这样,才能进一步优化大学生思想政治教育成本的影响因素,提升思想政治教育的实际“效益”。
[Abstract]:College students are very valuable talent resources, is the hope of the nation, the future of the motherland. In the face of the new situation, tasks and requirements, and guided by the promotion of benefits, this paper seriously analyzes the influencing factors and existing problems of college students' ideological and political education costs, and then seeks the path and countermeasures of cost optimization. To realize the effective utilization and resultant effect of educational resources has become a realistic subject which should be paid attention to and studied in the ideological and political education of college students. The cost of college students' ideological and political education refers to the sum of all the resources and the cost of college students' ideological and political education in order to train the qualified constructors and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Different from the general concept of cost, the special attribute of college students' ideological and political education determines that the cost has the characteristics of objectivity, diversity, dependence, dynamic and late effect. Ideological and political education is an open system. The main body, object, medium and environment not only affect the running process of ideological and political education, but also the main factors affecting the cost of ideological and political education. The foundation of higher education lies in the cultivation of virtue and the cultivation of people. There is no denying that colleges and universities have carried out more in-depth theoretical research and practical exploration around the "cost" and "benefit" of ideological and political education for college students, and have made gratifying progress and "benefit" in education, but there is still a weak awareness of the subject's cost. Ignoring the existence of invisible cost, insufficient innovation of mediators and insufficient integration of environmental costs influence and restrict the improvement of the effectiveness of college students' ideological and political education to a certain extent. In view of this, we should stand on the strategic height of training constructors and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics, strengthen the construction of ideological and political education team of college students, and improve the acceptance ability of college students' ideological and political education. We should perfect the cost management mechanism of college students' ideological and political education, optimize the carrier and environment of college students' ideological and political education, and pay attention to the hardware and software input of ideological and political education. Only in this way can we further optimize the factors affecting the cost of ideological and political education of college students and enhance the actual "benefit" of ideological and political education.
