【摘要】：1991年,苏联解体,乌克兰国家成立。从那时起,政府高等教育政策方向从最初的模仿西欧模式发展到后来忽略了其作为《博洛尼亚宣言》签署国的责任。特别是2010-2014年期间,乌克兰的高等教育管理模式变得更加集权。在2014年“亲欧盟示威”革命后,乌克兰高等教育改革开始快速地向博洛尼亚进程目标前进。乌克兰高等教育的这段演变过程是值得研究的。这项研究是由五章组成。第一章是介绍,主要侧重于研究背景信息,如研究的意义、研究方法、文献综述和主要概念定义。第二章描述了乌克兰高等教育改革的政治和经济背景。这一章研究重点为我们展示了乌克兰的高等教育政策与乌克兰主流政治之间的关联,每当新政府更迭,变化的政治目标如何影响高等教育政策。第三章对乌克兰的高等教育发展进行概述。这章的意义是,通过历史描述展现了乌克兰教育尽管保留了苏联模式,但社会以及教育工作者认为需要创建西方模式来代替。第四章介绍了由乌克兰签署《博洛尼亚宣言》后的高等教育改革。第五章介绍了结论和进一步研究的前景。本研究可以给那些对前苏联独联体国家、东欧地区以及博洛尼亚进程的高等教育研究有兴趣的学者提供资料、观点峰方面的帮助。
[Abstract]:In 1991, the Soviet Union broke up and Ukraine was founded. Since then, the direction of government higher education policy has evolved from imitating the Western European model to neglecting its responsibility as a signatory to the Bologna Declaration. In particular, Ukraine's higher education management model became more centralized during 2010-2014. After the 2014 "pro-European demonstration" revolution, Ukraine's higher education reform began to move quickly towards Bologna's goals. This evolution of higher education in Ukraine is worth studying. The study consists of five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, focusing on the background information, such as the significance of the study, research methods, literature review and the definition of the main concepts. Chapter two describes the political and economic background of higher education reform in Ukraine. This chapter focuses on the relationship between Ukraine's higher education policy and Ukraine's mainstream politics, and how the changing political objectives affect the higher education policy whenever the new government changes. Chapter three summarizes the development of higher education in Ukraine. The significance of this chapter is that, through historical descriptions, Ukraine's education, despite retaining the Soviet model, society and educators believe that it is necessary to create a Western model to replace it. Chapter four introduces the reform of higher education after Ukraine signed the Bologna Declaration. The fifth chapter introduces the conclusion and the prospect of further research. This study can be helpful to scholars interested in higher education research in the CIS countries of the former Soviet Union, Eastern Europe and Bologna process.
