从教育者到教师教育者—论高校师范专业教师的入职适应

【摘要】:随着教育改革的推进,教师专业素质要求愈发严格。作为其专业素质的培养者,教师教育者逐渐进入研究者的视线。已有研究通过考察概念界定、类型划分、角色构成、专业素质及专业标准等方面,探寻教师教育者的专业发展特点。然而,对其专业发展前期——入职适应期的状况知之甚少。本研究以教师教育者中的高校师范专业教师为研究对象,通过调查其入职适应状况,分析入职适应的过程,探寻促进其入职适应的策略。主要包含以下四个部分:第一部分为导论。梳理已有研究发现,学界鲜少关注高校师范专业教师的入职适应,对其入职适应现状及过程不甚了解,提出的策略缺乏针对性。据此确定从现状调查至过程分析再至策略探究的研究思路。第二部分呈现高校师范专业教师入职适应状况。根据时间线索,依次呈现其岗前状况、适应中的困难与教师的应对、以及部分教师陷入焦虑与再次调整。第三部分剖析高校师范专业教师入职适应过程。首先提出其入职适应的独特之处——“双重适应”,紧接着分析产生原因,其后阐明“双重适应”的实现与教师“角色意识”觉醒的关系,最后考察“双重适应”中所受阻碍及原因。第四部分探索促进高校师范专业教师入职适应的策略。立足于对其入职适应过程的理解,分别向两重适应提出策略。首先帮助教师融入高校环境,推动第一重适应进行。其次增强其角色意识,促进第二重适应。再次更新教师已有观念,减少其对适应的排斥。最后为他们提供有力的支持,保障其专业发展。
[Abstract]:With the development of educational reform, teachers' professional quality is becoming more and more strict. As the cultivator of their professional quality, teachers and educators gradually enter the line of sight of researchers. Some studies have explored the characteristics of teachers' and educators' professional development by examining the definition of concept, classification of types, role composition, professional quality and professional standards. However, little is known about the early-entry period of their professional development. This study takes the teachers of colleges and universities among teachers educators as the research object, through the investigation of the situation of their entry adaptation, analyzes the process of entry adaptation, and explores the strategies to promote their entry adaptation. Mainly includes the following four parts: the first part is the introduction. It is found that the academic circles pay little attention to the induction of teachers in colleges and universities, do not understand the current situation and process of the adaptation, and the proposed strategies are lack of pertinence. Based on this, the research ideas from current situation investigation to process analysis and strategy exploration are determined. The second part presents the adaptation of teachers majoring in colleges and universities. According to the time clue, it presents its pre-job situation, the difficulties in adaptation and the teachers' coping, and some teachers fall into anxiety and readjust again. The third part analyzes the adaptation process of teachers majoring in colleges and universities. First of all, the author puts forward the unique feature of his entry adaptation-"double adaptation", and then analyzes the causes, and then expounds the relationship between the realization of "double adaptation" and the awakening of teacher's "role consciousness". Finally, the author examines the obstacles and causes of double adaptation. The fourth part explores the strategies to promote the teachers of colleges and universities. Based on the understanding of the process of entry adaptation, the strategy of dual adaptation is put forward. First of all, to help teachers integrate into the university environment, and promote the first adaptation. Secondly, strengthen its role consciousness and promote the second adaptation. Renew teachers' existing ideas and reduce their rejection of adaptation. Finally, to provide them with strong support to ensure their professional development.
