弘扬延安精神与大学生党员思想素质提升研究

【摘要】：延安精神是中国共产党领导广大军民,将马克思主义理论与中国具体国情相结合,又将中国的革命实践与优秀传统文化相结合,逐步发展形成的。大学生党员是中国共产党的新生力量,在高校学生中是一个能够时刻体现中国共产党先锋模范作用的特殊群体。大学生党员肩负着建设社会主义现代化以及实现“中国梦”的历史重任,弘扬延安精神,提升大学生党员的思想素质对于培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义事业合格建设者和接班人,具有极其重要的意义。本文采用了文献法和调查法,系统的阐述了延安精神的基本内涵,大学生党员思想素质的基本要求,以及弘扬延安精神与大学生党员思想素质提升的有机契合。以520名学生为调查对象,对大学生党员教育和大学生党员思想素质进行调研。调查表明,当代大学生党员教育存在着教育活动形式化的问题,大学生党员入党动机多样化,个别大学生党员理想信念不坚定,和模范作用不突出的问题。本文的创新点在于,在研究分析了延安精神的内涵与大学生党员应具备的思想素质的基础之上,将弘扬延安精神与大学生党员思想素质提升有机契合,论述了两者契合的基本点,系统阐述了弘扬延安精神,是大学生党员思想素质提升的关键所在,以及弘扬延安精神对提升大学生党员思想素质的价值。本文运用了调查法,分析了大学生党员思想素质存在的问题,并且针对这些问题,将延安精神融入大学生党员思想教育,有针对性地提出了弘扬延安精神、提升大学生党员思想素质的路径。通过本文的研究,能够丰富大学生党员思想教育的内容,从而更好的开展大学生党员教育;切实加强高校党的建设,引导大学生党员坚定正确的政治方向,坚持全心全意为人民服务的宗旨,始终保持共产党人的先进性和纯洁性,为社会主义现代化建设提供不竭动力。
[Abstract]:The spirit of Yan'an is formed by the Communist Party of China leading the army and the people, combining Marxist theory with China's specific national conditions, and combining China's revolutionary practice with excellent traditional culture. College student party member is the new strength of the Communist Party of China, and it is a special group among the college students who can embody the pioneering and exemplary role of the Communist Party of China at all times. Party members of college students shoulder the historical responsibility of building socialist modernization and realizing "Chinese Dream" and carry forward the spirit of Yan'an. It is of great significance to improve the ideological quality of college students' Party members for the cultivation of qualified constructors and successors of socialist cause with all-round development of morality, intelligence, body and beauty. In this paper, the author systematically expounds the basic connotation of Yan'an spirit, the basic requirements of the ideological quality of college students' Party members, and the organic agreement between carrying forward Yan'an spirit and improving the ideological quality of college students' Party members. In this paper, 520 students were investigated on the party member education and ideological quality of college students. The investigation shows that there are some problems in the education of college students' Party members, such as the formalization of educational activities, the diversification of college students' motivation to join the Party, the lack of firm ideals and beliefs of individual college students' Party members, and the lack of outstanding exemplary role. The innovation of this paper is that, on the basis of studying and analyzing the connotation of Yan'an spirit and the ideological quality that college students Party members should possess, it is an organic agreement between carrying forward Yan'an spirit and enhancing the ideological quality of college students Party members. This paper discusses the basic points of the agreement between the two, expounds systematically that carrying forward the spirit of Yan'an is the key to the improvement of the ideological quality of college students' Party members, and the value of carrying forward the spirit of Yan'an on the improvement of the ideological quality of college students' Party members. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the ideological quality of college students' Party members by using the method of investigation, and aiming at these problems, integrates the spirit of Yan'an into the ideological education of college students' Party members, and puts forward to carry forward the spirit of Yan'an. The way to improve the ideological quality of college students'Party members. Through the research of this paper, it can enrich the content of the ideological education of college students' party members, so as to better carry out the education of college students' party members, strengthen the party building in colleges and universities, and guide college students' party members to firmly and correctly political direction. Adhere to the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, always maintain the advanced nature and purity of the Communists, and provide an inexhaustible impetus for the socialist modernization drive.
