从“雇主”评价看普通高校本科人才培养

【摘要】：对"雇主"的问卷调查和访谈结果表明,近年来普通高校本科毕业生素质总体上是令人满意的,但其各项素质的优劣表现不尽相同,部分素质与"雇主期待"有较大差距。"雇主"对待不同类型高校毕业生的态度,"招聘时"与"使用后"前后反差较大,其折射出的本科教学问题需要普通高校务实应对。
[Abstract]:The results of questionnaire survey and interview on "employer" show that the quality of college graduates is satisfactory in recent years, but their qualities are not the same, and some of them are far from "employer expectation". " The attitude of employers towards different types of college graduates, the contrast between "recruitment" and "after use" is great, and the undergraduate teaching problems reflected by them need to be dealt with pragmatically by ordinary colleges and universities.
