高校校训教育研究的思考

【摘要】：高校校训作为大学的精神灵魂,代表着一个时代的精神和一所学校的办学理念,更是全校师生员工众望所归的精神家园。近年来,伴随高等教育的发展,我国校训教育的研究开始受到学校和社会的关注。研究高校校训教育的价值和实现方法,不仅可以推动大学校园文化建设,丰富高等教育形式。也可以在实际工作中注重学生的思想道德素质和科学文化水平的提高和培养,进而有助于受教育者综合素质的提高,只有这样,才能造就优秀的社会主义建设者。本文创造性地运用了文献研究法、分析归纳法、理论联系实际等研究方法,就是为了整理和思考我国高校校训教育的有关问题,揭示高校校训的文化内涵、基本特征及与其它相关概念的关系。文章阐述了高校校训教育的激励、育人和约束功能,并就目前我国高校校训教育的开展情况进行了分析。与此同时,本文还大量列举了一些高校校训教育工作的成功经验和优秀做法,希望可以为本文的论证提供强有力的事实依据。最后一部分,本文主要研究了加强校训教育的原则和方法,主要表现为:特色性、多样性和实效性原则。在一般原则基础上,从主客体积极性、教育教学系统、宣传体系、多彩活动等几个方面进行校训教育方法的探索。以期为增强校训教育工作的实效性提供借鉴意义,从而可以真正发挥校训教育的价值。
[Abstract]:As the spiritual soul of the university, the university motto represents the spirit of an era and the idea of running a school, and it is also the spiritual home of the teachers, students and staff of the whole school. In recent years, with the development of higher education, the research of school motto education has been concerned by schools and society. Studying the value and realization method of college motto education can not only promote the construction of campus culture, but also enrich the form of higher education. We can also pay attention to the improvement and cultivation of students' ideological and moral quality and the level of science and culture in practical work, and then contribute to the improvement of the comprehensive quality of the educatees. Only in this way can we bring up excellent socialist builders. This paper creatively uses the methods of literature research, analysis and induction, integrating theory with practice, and so on, in order to sort out and think about the related problems of the university motto education in our country, and to reveal the cultural connotation of the university motto. Basic characteristics and relationship with other related concepts. This paper expounds the functions of encouragement, education and restraint of the university motto education, and analyzes the development of the university motto education in our country at present. At the same time, this paper also lists a large number of successful experiences and excellent practices in the work of university motto education, hoping to provide a strong factual basis for the argument of this paper. In the last part, this paper mainly studies the principles and methods of strengthening school motto education, which are characterized by characteristics, diversity and effectiveness. On the basis of general principles, this paper probes into the teaching methods of school motto from the aspects of initiative of subject and object, education and teaching system, propaganda system, colorful activities and so on. In order to enhance the effectiveness of the school motto education to provide reference significance, so as to give full play to the value of school motto education.
