基于生涯发展理论的大学生就业能力开发研究

【摘要】：大学生就业问题一直是高校、政府乃至社会关注的话题之一。伴随我国高等教育事业的迅速发展和大学毕业生数量的逐年增加,以及经济“新常态”的出现,目前我国大学生就业竞争日趋激烈,大学生就业难的问题逐渐演变为全社会的焦点问题之一。其中,高校大学生就业能力开发问题,构成化解决此问题至为关键的一环。文章以马克思主义关于“人的全面发展”理论和习近平总书记的“五大发展理念”为基本思想方法论指导,基于生涯发展理论,主要阐明了以下三点:首先,结合当代中国社会现实,系统阐述了开发大学生就业能力问题的重要性。研究认为开发大学生就业能力是解决目前大学生就业压力的根本途径之一。其次,全面剖析了导致这一问题的原因,认为目前影响大学生就业能力开发的因素主要包括目标与战略、专业设置、师资水平、培养途径、职业选择与发展规划指导五个方面。最后,借鉴国外先进经验,析滤出目前我国大学生就业能力开发的可行路径,即从发挥高校的主渠道作用、注重大学生自身的主体地位和强化政府部门的引导作用三个方面,来具体探求大学生就业能力开发的实践路径。本研究的创新点在于,立足马克思主义关于“人的全面发展”理论,对当前大学生就业难问题进行了深度学理性分析,进而为开发大学生就业能力提出了建设性的意见。
[Abstract]:The employment of college students has always been one of the topics concerned by the university, the government and even the society. With the rapid development of higher education in China and the increase of the number of college graduates year by year, and the emergence of a "new normal" of economy, the employment competition of college students in our country is becoming increasingly fierce. The difficult employment of college students has gradually become one of the focal problems in the whole society. Among them, the development of college students'employability constitutes the key to solve this problem. Under the guidance of Marxist theory of "all-round development of human beings" and General Secretary Xi Jinping's "five Great Development ideas", and based on the theory of career development, this paper mainly expounds the following three points: first of all, Combining with the social reality of contemporary China, this paper systematically expounds the importance of developing the employability of college students. The research thinks that developing the employment ability of college students is one of the fundamental ways to solve the employment pressure of college students at present. Secondly, this paper analyzes the causes of this problem, and points out that the main factors that affect the development of college students' employability at present include five aspects: goal and strategy, specialty setting, teacher level, training way, career choice and development planning guidance. Finally, draw lessons from the advanced experience of foreign countries, analyze and filter out the feasible way to develop the employment ability of college students in our country at present, that is, from three aspects: giving full play to the main channel function of the university, paying attention to the main position of the college students themselves and strengthening the leading role of the government department. To explore the practical path of employment ability development of college students. The innovation of this study is that, based on the Marxist theory of "all-round development of human beings", this paper makes a deep and rational analysis of the problem of college students' employment difficulties, and then puts forward constructive suggestions for the development of college students' employability.
