融会德法兼修理念的价值及路向——“思想道德修养与法律基

【摘要】：德法兼修作为人才培养的重要目标,不仅是习近平总书记对政法大学师生的嘱托,也是对全国大学生成才目标的具体要求。作为"德法"联系最为密切的"思想道德修养与法律基础"课,自觉融会德法兼修理念是贯彻总书记讲话精神的重要渠道,在助力大学生社会化的顺遂、推进全面依法治国、培育良好道德风尚等方面凸显"基础"课独特的价值意蕴。"基础"课教师应在深刻省思和领会德法兼修理念的价值意蕴基础上,从提高自觉意识、深入研读教材、典型案例教学等方面探明在教学中融会德法兼修理念的有效路向。
[Abstract]:As an important goal of talent training, the cultivation of morality and law is not only the entrustment of General Secretary Xi Jinping to the teachers and students of the University of political Science and Law, but also the concrete requirement of the goal of the national college students. As the most closely related course of "ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis", the self-conscious integration of moral and legal concepts is an important channel for carrying out the spirit of the General Secretary's speech, which can help college students to socialize smoothly and promote the comprehensive administration of the country according to law. Cultivating good moral style and other aspects highlights the unique value implication of the basic course. " On the basis of deep reflection and understanding of the value implication of the idea of moral and legal education, teachers of basic "course" should find out the effective way of integrating moral and legal concepts in teaching from the aspects of raising consciousness, studying teaching materials and teaching typical cases.
