一流大学基础学科拔尖学生内在动机变化及影响因素研究

【摘要】：拔尖创新人才培养的关键,在于通过课程与教学的实施,促进学生创造力和批判性思维的提升。通过对南京大学拔尖班学生四年的跟踪调查表明:"创造力与批判性思维最主要的影响因素是内在动机。内在动机的热衷性维度四年中有显著变化,挑战性维度则没有显著变化。内在动机的影响因素则包括教学内容、学生对通识课程意义的理解、教师的教学态度和课后师生互动的频率等。
[Abstract]:The key to the cultivation of innovative talents lies in the promotion of students' creativity and critical thinking through the implementation of curriculum and teaching. An investigation on the students in the top class of Nanjing University for four years shows that: "Intrinsic motivation is the main influencing factor of creativity and critical thinking." The enthusiasm dimension of intrinsic motivation changed significantly in four years, while the challenge dimension did not. The influencing factors of internal motivation include teaching content, students' understanding of the meaning of general knowledge course, teachers' teaching attitude and the frequency of interaction between teachers and students after class.
