思想政治教育视角下大学生挫折教育研究

【摘要】：在现代社会中,每一位社会成员在享受着社会现代化带来便利的同时也面临着多元的压力。近年来,我国大学生群体的心理抗压能力问题一直是学术界和社会舆论关注的热点。强化大学生挫折教育,以提升其心理抗压能力已经成为摆在高校思想教育工作者面前刻不容缓的重要课题。本文以思想政治教育的学科理论为基础,研究如何改进和提升大学生挫折教育内容和方式,同时以大学生挫折教育的问卷调查为载体,丰富和拓展思想政治教育的内涵,促进当代大学生的健康、全面发展。本文在对当代大学生的挫折认知及挫折教育进行实证调查的基础上,利用统计分析软件SPSS对调查数据进行了定量分析。通过对当代大学生挫折现状及大学生挫折教育现状两个方面的数据分析发现导致大学生挫折承受力不足的主要因素有:大学生自我认知和挫折应对方式的偏差;高校思想政治教育体系中抗挫折领域教育的缺失;家长在家庭教育中忽视对子女认知和应对挫折的正确引导;社会舆论缺乏对挫折教育的有效宣传。针对以上影响因素,本文在思想政治教育的视角下提出了相应的解决方案。首先,通过思想政治教育引导大学生发挥其在挫折教育中的主动性。其次,高校应当强化挫折教育力度,建立系统化的挫折教育教学体系。再次,家庭作为大学生第一所接受挫折教育的“学校”,家长要认识到对子女进行挫折教育的重要性,正确引导大学生认识和应对挫折。最后,在社会舆论层面,应当加强思想政治教育的理论引导,丰富和拓展思想政治教育的媒体平台,积极宣传挫折教育的重要性,最终形成“四位一体”的挫折教育对应模式,开展全方位挫折教育。
[Abstract]:In modern society, every member of society is facing multiple pressures while enjoying the convenience of social modernization. In recent years, the psychological stress resistance of college students in China has been a hot topic in academia and public opinion. Strengthening the frustration education of college students in order to improve their psychological ability to resist pressure has become an urgent and important task for ideological educators in colleges and universities. Based on the subject theory of ideological and political education, this paper studies how to improve and promote the contents and methods of frustration education for college students, and at the same time, takes the questionnaire survey of college students' frustration education as the carrier to enrich and expand the connotation of ideological and political education. To promote the health of contemporary college students, comprehensive development. Based on the empirical investigation of frustration cognition and frustration education of contemporary college students, this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the survey data by using the statistical analysis software SPSS. Through the data analysis of the current situation of college students' frustration and the current situation of college students' frustration education, it is found that the main factors leading to college students' frustration tolerance are: the deviation of college students' self-cognition and frustration coping style; In the ideological and political education system of colleges and universities, there is a lack of education in the field of resistance to setbacks; parents neglect the correct guidance of their children's cognition and coping with setbacks in family education; and the public opinion lacks effective propaganda of frustration education. In view of the above factors, this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions from the perspective of ideological and political education. First of all, through ideological and political education to guide college students to play in frustration education initiative. Secondly, colleges and universities should strengthen frustration education and establish systematic frustration education teaching system. Thirdly, as the first "school" for college students to receive frustration education, parents should realize the importance of frustration education for their children and correctly guide them to understand and cope with setbacks. Finally, at the level of public opinion, we should strengthen the theoretical guidance of ideological and political education, enrich and expand the media platform of ideological and political education, actively publicize the importance of frustration education, and finally form a "four-in-one" corresponding mode of frustration education.
