马克思主义意识形态在高校中的指导地位研究

【摘要】：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记高度重视意识形态工作。他将意识形态工作看作是凝聚人心、团结力量、引领社会的必要手段之一。意识形态工作与党和国家的前途命运息息相关。高校作为意识形态建设的主要阵地、作为社会思潮的传播地,大学生能否正确认识和理解马克思主义意识形态,这对我国未来的发展有着重要的影响。在我国的经济结构、社会结构、文化结构发生深刻变化的时期;在当今世界各种文化思潮激烈碰撞的时期,高校坚持马克思主义意识形态的指导地位是非常必要的。在新形势下,只有不断地推动高校马克思主义意识形态的建设,才能造就更多的社会主义高素质人才;只有坚持马克思主义意识形态的指导地位,才能办好具有中国特色的社会主义大学;只有增强马克思主义意识形态在高校的指导地位,才能巩固和发展社会主义和谐社会,实现中国梦。本文从四个方面入手,首先对马克思主义意识形态的概念进行分析总结,并对马克思主义意识形态的功能进行概括。其次,分析了现如今高校坚持马克思主义意识形态指导地位的意义。它不仅能为中国高校指明正确的办学方向;通过高校的正常发展来引领社会的革新进步,同时还能促进高校培育出更多优秀人才。第三,指出了马克思主义意识形态在高校中所面临的挑战有哪些。其中包括多极化带来的挑战、高校办学模式、信息网络化等方面带来的问题。第四,阐述了在新形式下,高校通过增强党委的领导权、强化马克思主义信仰、提高思政课教师队伍建设、创新思想政治课的教学模式、丰富校园文化等方式来加强马克思主义意识形态的指导地位。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th Party Congress, General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to ideological work. He regarded ideological work as one of the necessary means to unite people, unite forces and lead society. Ideological work is closely related to the future and destiny of the Party and the country. As the main position of ideological construction and the spreading place of social trend of thought, whether college students can correctly understand and understand Marxist ideology has an important influence on the future development of our country. In the period of profound changes in the economic structure, social structure and cultural structure of our country, and in the period of intense collision of various cultural trends in the world, it is very necessary for colleges and universities to adhere to the guiding position of Marxist ideology. Under the new situation, only by constantly promoting the construction of Marxist ideology in colleges and universities can more and more high-quality socialist talents be brought up, and only by adhering to the guiding position of Marxist ideology, Only by strengthening the guiding position of Marxist ideology in colleges and universities can we consolidate and develop the socialist harmonious society and realize Chinese Dream. This paper begins with four aspects: firstly, the concept of Marxist ideology is analyzed and summarized, and the function of Marxist ideology is summarized. Secondly, it analyzes the significance of the guiding position of Marxism ideology in colleges and universities nowadays. It can not only point out the correct direction of running a school for Chinese universities, but also lead the society to innovate and progress through the normal development of colleges and universities, at the same time, it can promote colleges and universities to cultivate more outstanding talents. Third, it points out the challenges that Marxist ideology faces in colleges and universities. It includes the challenges brought by multipolarization, the mode of running a university, the information network and so on. Fourthly, it is expounded that under the new situation, colleges and universities should strengthen the leadership of party committees, strengthen the belief of Marxism, improve the construction of teachers in ideological and political courses, and innovate the teaching mode of ideological and political courses. Enrich campus culture and other ways to strengthen the guiding position of Marxist ideology.
