高校捐款长效化发展与运作机制研究

【摘要】：正高校必须降低对政府教育投资的依存度,开辟新的教育经费来源渠道。企业是人力资源的购买者,企业付出人力资源的教育成本在情理之中。基于谁受益谁分担的经济学原则,社会公众为在校生承担部分教育成本是理所当然的准则。来源渠道多元且充足的教育经费是保证大学发展的经济支柱,在经济发展新常态下,政府针对大学的教育投资增长比例受限,寻求企业、个人捐助或自主经营是大学不可忽视的发展路径。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities must reduce their dependence on government investment in education and open up new sources of funding for education. Enterprises are buyers of human resources, and it is reasonable for enterprises to pay the educational costs of human resources. Based on the economic principle of who benefits and who shares, it is natural for the public to bear part of the cost of education for the students. The diversified and adequate education funds from different sources are the economic pillar to ensure the development of universities. Under the new normal state of economic development, the government restricts the proportion of university investment in education growth, and seeks enterprises. Individual donation or independent management is a development path that can not be ignored by universities.
