从宏观政策到微观教学:国外跨境教育研究转向述评

【摘要】：近十年来,随着跨境教育规模的扩大,国外相关的研究数量激增,新的研究取向也已经浮出水面。在继续关注宏观层面的政策分析和中观层面的机构/项目运行的同时,相关的研究逐步从跨境教育的外围走向内部,近距离观察教学过程和师生感受。这些微观的研究为决策者、研究者和实践者打开了一片新的天地。它们告诉人们,高等教育服务很难在不同的国家间简单复制,在从一国向另一国转移的过程中,授课模式、所处环境和学生群体等的转变,必然会对教育项目的最终质量产生巨大影响。这些研究提醒人们,跨境教育内部的各种细节可以从研究者和决策者意想不到的角度影响跨境教育的质量和可持续发展。
[Abstract]:In the past decade, with the expansion of cross-border education, the number of related research has increased dramatically, and new research orientation has emerged. While continuing to pay attention to the policy analysis at the macro level and the running of the institutions / projects at the meso-level, the related studies are gradually moving from the periphery of cross-border education to the interior, observing the teaching process and the feelings of teachers and students from a close distance. These microscopic studies have opened up new horizons for policymakers, researchers and practitioners. They tell people that higher education services can hardly be easily replicated across countries, and that in the process of moving from one country to another, there has been a shift in the mode of instruction, the environment and the group of students, etc. It is bound to have a huge impact on the final quality of educational projects. These studies remind people that the internal details of cross-border education can affect the quality and sustainable development of cross-border education from the perspective of researchers and policymakers.
