新时期高校青年教师党员发展工作实践研究

【摘要】：青年教师是推动高等教育事业科学发展的一支重要力量。党组织要注重在青年教师群体中发展党的新生力量,牢固树立党在高等教育中的形象和地位,突出党在高等教育事业发展中的核心作用。新时期在实践中做好高校青年教师党员发展工作需要坚持"四个同步",即党组织活动与青年教师的思想政治工作同步、党组织建设与行政中心工作同步、党组织对青年教师的思想教育与业务指导同步、党组织对青年教师的思想引导与帮助青年教师解决实际困难同步。
[Abstract]:Young teachers are an important force to promote the scientific development of higher education. The Party organization should pay attention to developing the new strength of the Party among the young teachers, firmly establish the image and position of the Party in higher education, and stress the core role of the Party in the development of higher education. In the new period, to do a good job in the development of the Party members of young teachers in colleges and universities, we should adhere to "four synchronizations", that is, the activities of the Party organizations and the ideological and political work of the young teachers, the construction of the party organizations and the work of the administrative center should be synchronized. The ideological education and professional guidance of the young teachers by the Party organizations are synchronized with the ideological guidance of the young teachers by the Party organizations and the help to solve the practical difficulties of the young teachers by the Party organizations.
