中国特色高校辅导员制度建设的多维路径

【摘要】：建设中国特色高校辅导员制度是加强高校思想政治工作的内在要求。《普通高等学校辅导员队伍建设规定》的修订,是在认真总结我国高校辅导员队伍建设60多年来特别是近十多年来的经验、回应当前高校辅导员队伍建设所面临的现实问题的基础上,全面贯彻落实全国高校思想政治工作会议精神,对进一步建设中国特色高校辅导员制度进行整体规划和具体规定。贯彻落实新修订的《普通高等学校辅导员队伍建设规定》,需要从理性维度坚定辅导员制度建设的政治方向、从价值维度提升辅导员队伍的专业水平、从动力维度增强辅导员队伍的职业能力、从现实维度促进辅导员制度的特色发展。
[Abstract]:The construction of college counselors system with Chinese characteristics is the inherent requirement of strengthening ideological and political work in colleges and universities. It is on the basis of summarizing the experience of the college counselors team building in our country for more than 60 years, especially in the past ten years, and responding to the realistic problems faced by the college counselors team construction at present. We will carry out the spirit of the National Conference on ideological and political work in Colleges and Universities in an all-round way and carry out the overall planning and specific provisions for further building the system of counselors in colleges and universities with Chinese characteristics. To carry out the newly revised regulations on the Construction of counselors in Colleges and Universities, we need to strengthen the political direction of the counselors' system construction from the rational dimension, and promote the professional level of the counselors' team from the value dimension. From the dynamic dimension to enhance the professional ability of counselors, from the realistic dimension to promote the development of the characteristics of counselors system.
