职业素养教育对护理本科生职业情感建立的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨以早期接触临床为切入点的职业素养教育方案对护理本科生(以下简称学生)职业情感建立的影响。方法便利抽取北京协和医学院护理学院113名学生为研究对象,其中,2009级59名学生作为试验组,2010级54名学生作为对照组。试验组采用以学生为主体的职业素养教育模式,将课堂与实践相结合,循序渐进地提升其职业素养;对照组采用常规教学模式。采用护理专业自我概念量表对两组职业情感进行测评,比较两组入职率及离职率。结果试验组专业自我概念趋于积极水平为(91.37±9.46)分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);试验组在沟通交流维度上提升尤为明显。两组入职率及离职率比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论早期接触临床的职业素养教育注重学生的体验与感悟,对其职业情感的建立可起到积极的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of vocational literacy education program based on early contact with clinic on the establishment of professional emotion of nursing undergraduates (hereinafter referred to as students). Methods 113 students from Nursing College of Peking Union Medical College were selected as study objects, 59 students of class 2009 as control group and 54 students of class 2010 as control group. The experimental group adopted the student-oriented vocational literacy education model, combined the classroom and practice to improve their professional literacy step by step; in the control group, the conventional teaching model was adopted. The self-concept scale of nursing profession was used to evaluate the occupational emotion of the two groups and to compare the entry rate and the turnover rate between the two groups. Results the positive level of professional self-concept in the experimental group was 91.37 卤9.46, which was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, especially in the communication dimension. There was no significant difference in entry rate and turnover rate between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion early contact with clinical professional literacy education pays attention to students' experience and perception, and can play a positive role in the establishment of their professional emotion.
