高校教师教学学术能力的研究

【摘要】：在当前教育开放性、全球性不断强化的推动下,MOOCs、大师课堂、翻转课堂等新颖的教学方式不断出现。与此同时,互联网的飞速发展使得地域性对教育发展的制约大大减少,教育技术的发展对传统教育方式提出了新挑战。在当前形势的压迫下,国内高校必须提高高校的核心竞争力,即教学质量。高校教师是高校教学工作的实施者也是科研工作的研究者,因此高校教师能力的提升对高校教学质量提升的关键。本文主要采用理论分析与实证研究相结合的方法,对高校教师教学学术能力展开研究。在理论分析的基础上自编高校教学学术能力问卷,将高校教师教学学术能力划分为5个维度。选取黑龙江6所大学的428名高校教师作为研究对象,使用SPSS22.0和Amos7.0统计软件,对高校教师的教学学术能力进行因素分析,研究结果发现:高校教师的教学学术能力在教龄、职称、所在院校类型、曾获得的教学相关奖项方面存在显著差异。针对调查出的问题,从注重高校教师教学学术能力观念的提升、高校教师专业化水平的提高、完善高校教师评价制度三方面提出提高高校教师教学学术能力的对策与建议。
[Abstract]:At the same time, the rapid development of the Internet has greatly reduced the restrictions on the development of education by the rapid development of the Internet, and the development of the education technology has put forward new challenges to the mode of traditional education. At the same time, the current situation is pressing. At the same time, the rapid development of the Internet has greatly reduced the restriction of the regional education development. At the same time, the domestic colleges and universities must improve the core competitiveness of colleges and universities, that is, the quality of teaching. The teachers of colleges and universities are the implementers of the college teaching work and the researchers of the scientific research work. Therefore, the improvement of the ability of the university teachers is the key to the improvement of the quality of the college teaching. This article mainly adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical research to the university teachers. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the questionnaire of academic ability of college teaching is compiled on the basis of theoretical analysis. The academic ability of college teachers is divided into 5 dimensions. 428 college teachers in 6 universities in Heilongjiang are selected as the research object, and the SPSS22.0 and Amos7.0 statistical software are used to carry out the factors of the teaching academic ability of the university teachers. The results of the study show that there are significant differences in teaching academic ability of College Teachers in teaching age, title, and type of colleges and universities that have been obtained. In view of the problems, the improvement of the concept of teaching academic ability of teachers in Colleges and universities, the improvement of professional level of Teachers in Colleges and universities, and the improvement of the evaluation system for teachers in Colleges and universities. The three part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the academic ability of university teachers.
