互联网背景下山西高校大学生创业教育模式研究

【摘要】：培养高素质高质量的创业人才在建设创新型国家、全面建成小康社会和实现社会主义现代化有着极为重要的作用与意义。高校开展创业教育是培养大学生的创业意识、创新精神和创业技能的重要途径。高校担负着培养高素质创业人才的重要任务。然而,从当前文献整理的情况来看,我国高校大学生创业教育模式多集中于传统的教育模式,而且大多都是泛泛而谈。在如今互联网全面普及的大背景下,现有的创业教育模式已经不适合当代大学生的创业教育,也严重影响了高校大学生的创业教育的教学质量,阻碍高等教育综合改革的进程。近几年,社会经济不断发展,我国掀起了创业热潮。创业热潮也给高校创业教育带来全新发展力量,依托互联网背景,改革和提升高校创业教育模式已成为必然。本文通过对山西“老八所”高校在校大学生、已创业毕业生以及八所高校创业教育有关部门进行问卷调查与访谈,对山西高校现行大学生创业教育模式进行深入了解,分析山西高校现行大学生创业教育的现状与问题,并改善模式中不合理的部分。从而在互联网背景下,根据新模式构建原则与特点,提出山西高校大学生创业教育新模式。基于此,本研究主要分为以下几个方面:(1)通过对选题的研究背景及意义进行全面介绍,然后结合国内外专家和学者的研究成果,指出本文的研究思路、基本框架和创新点,说明提出互联网背景下山西高校大学生创业教育新模式的现实意义。(2)对互联网背景下山西高校大学生创业教育模式研究的相关概念进行界定,掌握和了解大学生创业教育的理论基础,通过对比互联网背景下的创业与传统创业,分析互联网背景下高校创业教育的特点,以及互联网对山西高校大学生创业教育的影响。指出山西高校大学生创业教育模式的现状与特点。(3)通过对山西“老八所”高校在校大学生、已创业的毕业生以及八所高校创业教育有关部门进行问卷调查与访谈,分析山西高校大学生现行创业教育模式,并提出存在的问题并进行原因分析。最终提出互联网背景下适合山西高校大学生创业教育的新模式。本研究最终提出的互联网背景下山西高校大学生创业教育新模式,一定程度上丰富和弥补了当前研究领域中的空白,促进和提升山西高校的创业教育,给山西各大高校创业教育方面做出指导。传统的创业教育已不再适用于互联网时代高校创业教育的开展。提出互联网背景下的新模式对山西省高校创业教育模式的丰富与完善具有十分重要的理论价值和创新意义。
[Abstract]:It is of great importance and significance to train high-quality entrepreneurial talents in building an innovative country, building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing socialist modernization. Entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is an important way to cultivate students' entrepreneurial consciousness, innovative spirit and entrepreneurial skills. Colleges and universities shoulder the important task of cultivating high-quality entrepreneurial talents. However, according to the current literature review, the mode of entrepreneurship education for college students in China is mostly focused on the traditional education model, and most of them are general talk. Under the background of the popularization of the Internet, the existing mode of entrepreneurship education is no longer suitable for the entrepreneurship education of contemporary college students, which seriously affects the teaching quality of the entrepreneurship education of college students and hinders the process of the comprehensive reform of higher education. In recent years, social and economic development, China set off an upsurge in entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial upsurge has also brought a new development force to entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Depending on the Internet background, it has become inevitable to reform and promote the mode of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Through the questionnaire survey and interview on the college students, the graduates of the eight old universities and the departments concerned of entrepreneurship education in eight universities in Shanxi, this paper makes a deep understanding of the current mode of entrepreneurship education for college students in Shanxi Province. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of college students' entrepreneurship education in Shanxi Province, and improves the unreasonable part of the mode. Under the background of Internet, according to the construction principle and characteristics of the new model, this paper puts forward a new mode of entrepreneurship education for college students in Shanxi Province. Based on this, this study is mainly divided into the following aspects: 1) through a comprehensive introduction of the research background and significance of the topic, and then combined with the research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad, this paper points out the research ideas, basic framework and innovative points. This paper puts forward the realistic significance of the new mode of entrepreneurship education for college students in Shanxi Province under the background of Internet. It defines the related concepts of the research on the mode of entrepreneurship education of college students in Shanxi Province under the background of the Internet. This paper studies the theoretical basis of entrepreneurship education for college students, analyzes the characteristics of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities under the background of Internet and the influence of Internet on the entrepreneurship education of college students in Shanxi Province by comparing entrepreneurship with traditional entrepreneurship in the context of the Internet. This paper points out that the present situation and characteristics of the mode of entrepreneurship education for college students in Shanxi Province are investigated and interviewed by questionnaires and interviews among the students of the "old eight" colleges and universities, the graduates who have started their own businesses and the relevant departments of entrepreneurship education in the eight colleges and universities in Shanxi Province. This paper analyzes the current mode of entrepreneurship education for college students in Shanxi Province, and puts forward the existing problems and analyzes the causes. Finally, the paper puts forward a new mode of entrepreneurship education for college students in Shanxi province under the background of Internet. The new mode of entrepreneurship education for college students in Shanxi Province under the background of Internet has to some extent enriched and made up for the gaps in the current research field and promoted the entrepreneurship education in Shanxi colleges and universities. To the major colleges and universities in Shanxi Province to provide guidance on entrepreneurship education. Traditional entrepreneurship education is no longer suitable for the development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in the Internet era. It is of great theoretical value and innovative significance to put forward a new model under the background of Internet for the enrichment and perfection of the mode of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province.
