论本科转型与能力本位教育

【摘要】：对当前我国本科转型过程中存在的问题进行了分析;在对北美和德国等发达国家的能力本位教育模式进行简要介绍的基础上,经过综合分析提出了它们所具有的共同特点;最后结合我国的具体情况对本科转型过程中,如何借鉴和运用能力本位教育体系提出了立足服务地方经济设置专业,培养目标描述要具体、细化,用职业分析方法进行课程开发,加强应用型师资队伍和教学硬环境建设,强力推行能力本位的教学实施与考核评价体系等建议。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of undergraduate transformation in our country, and puts forward their common characteristics on the basis of a brief introduction of the competency oriented education models of developed countries such as North America and Germany. Finally, according to the concrete situation of our country, how to draw lessons from and use the ability based education system to set up the specialty based on serving the local economy, the description of the training goal should be specific and detailed. It is suggested that the curriculum development should be carried out with the method of professional analysis, the construction of applied teachers and teaching hard environment should be strengthened, and the ability based teaching implementation and evaluation system should be strongly carried out.
