工程专业认证视角下的工科教师专业化发展研究

【摘要】：高校教师专业化发展成为一种趋势。但当前大学工科教师的专业化发展却存在职前教育不到位、"双专业性"发展不平衡以及职后培训缺乏针对性等问题。为了促进大学工科教师的发展,政府、大学以及大学工科教师必须从专业化的角度出发,采取措施共同推动实现大学工科教师职业的专业化发展。
[Abstract]:The professionalization of teachers in colleges and universities has become a trend. However, there are some problems in the professional development of university engineering teachers, such as the lack of pre-service education, the unbalanced development of "dual specialization" and the lack of pertinence in post-service training. In order to promote the development of university engineering teachers, the government, universities and university engineering teachers must take measures to promote the professional development of university engineering teachers from the perspective of specialization.
