教师教育实践教学协同机制研究

【摘要】：“以实践为导向”是教师教育改革的时代诉求。本文立足教师教育领域中的实践教学问题,试图以协同角度为突破,以机制问题为落脚点,提出构建系统的教师教育实践教学协同机制,多主体协同开展教师教育实践教学,实现组织和资源的深度整合,加强互动合作,协同为师范生提供最优化的实践教学环境,提升师范生的教育实践能力,提升教师教育实践教学的效度和水平。本文通过对教师教育实践教学及多主体协同现状和发展趋势的分析,得出教师教育实践教学多主体协同存在的七个问题,即目标导向性不强、内外部动力不足、组织机构不健全、培养协作不系统、沟通协调不顺畅、评估反馈不落实、没有协同平台作依托。究其问题根源在于两个方面:其一,教师教育实践教学多主体协同度不够;其二,缺乏协同机制的保障。据此,提出构建教师教育实践教学协同机制,根据协同机制构建的目的、原则及子机制构成的界定,构建了六个协同机制子机制,即目标协同机制、动力协同机制、组织协同机制、培养协同机制、沟通协调机制、评估反馈机制,并设计了一个集成化的教师教育实践教学综合网络信息平台,包含四个子平台,即信息资源子平台、沟通协调子平台、评估反馈子平台、决策支持子平台,通过协同机制与平台运行的联动,实现教师教育实践教学多主体协同的高效实施,增强协同效应。最后,分别从宏观和微观两个方面,提出教师教育实践教学协同机制良性运行的保障措施。
[Abstract]:Practice-oriented "is the demand of the times of teacher education reform." Based on the practical teaching problems in the field of teacher education, this paper attempts to make a breakthrough from the perspective of coordination and to take the problem of mechanism as the foothold, and puts forward a systematic cooperative mechanism of teacher education practice teaching. To realize the deep integration of organization and resources, to strengthen the interaction and cooperation, to provide the best practical teaching environment for the normal school students, to promote the educational practice ability of the normal school students, and to enhance the validity and level of the teachers' educational practice teaching. Based on the analysis of the present situation and development trend of teacher education practice teaching and multi-subject coordination, this paper concludes that there are seven problems in teacher education practice teaching multi-subject coordination, that is, the goal orientation is not strong, and the internal and external motive force is insufficient. The organization is not perfect, the training and cooperation is not systematic, the communication and coordination is not smooth, the evaluation feedback is not carried out, and there is no collaborative platform to rely on. The root of the problem lies in two aspects: first, the multi-subject coordination degree of teacher education practice teaching is not enough; second, the lack of coordination mechanism. According to the definition of the purpose, principle and sub-mechanism of the cooperative mechanism, this paper constructs six sub-mechanisms of collaborative mechanism, that is, goal cooperative mechanism, dynamic cooperative mechanism, and so on. Organization and cooperation mechanism, cultivation and coordination mechanism, communication and coordination mechanism, evaluation and feedback mechanism, and an integrated network information platform for teacher education practice teaching is designed, which includes four sub-platforms, namely, information resource sub-platform. The communication coordination sub-platform, the evaluation feedback sub-platform, the decision support sub-platform, through the cooperation mechanism and the platform operation linkage, realizes the teacher education practice teaching multi-agent coordination high efficiency implementation, enhances the synergy effect. Finally, from the macro and micro aspects, the author puts forward the measures to guarantee the positive operation of the cooperative mechanism of teacher education practice and teaching.
