全日制专业学位研究生实践教学体系研究

【摘要】:随着知识经济的发展和科技的进步,社会各行业对人才的培养提出更高的要求。全日制专业学位的产生,就是为了顺应时代发展需要,为经济发展、社会进步培养具有广阔学识、宽广视野、高水平的应用型人才。职业性是专业学位的本质属性,职业能力在实践中产生,于实践中提升。实践教学是培养研究生实践能力、应用能力、创新能力的主要途径,也是研究生教育的重要构成部分。全日制专业学位研究生教育经过近8年的发展,,招生人数呈逐年增长趋势,其人才培养模式逐渐得到社会各界的广泛认知。规模的扩增、经济的发展对新型人才的需求给全日制专业学位教学质量带来了全新的挑战。实践教学质量承担着培养全日制专业学位研究生职业能力的责任,凸显专业学位职业性的本质。重视实践教学体系研究,对于保障我国全日制研究生培养质量有着重要影响。文章以选题背景研究、基础理论研究、问题研究、对策探究为写作的主线。基础理论研究采取从整体到局部的研究方法,以“职业能力”为实践教学体系构建的逻辑起点和归属点,提出实践教学体系整体构成要素。即,教学目标体系、教学内容体系、实践教学管理体系、实践教学评估体系,实践教学保障体系。问题研究则是从实践教学构成要素的角度分析我国全日制专业学位研究生实践教学中出现的问题:实践教学理念欠缺,脱离全日制专业学位研究生培养目标;实践教学内容设置僵化,难以体现全日制专业学位研究生培养特色;导师的规模和质量无法满足实践教学发展的需要;教学管理和保障体系缺位,无法保障实践教学的质量。文章最后的对策研究是核心内容,对实践教学体系运行中出现的问题提出相对的解决措施:明确职业能力培养目标、注重实践教学内容建设、加强导师队伍建设、加大实践基地建设、重视管理机制和保障机制建设、完善实践教学评估来构建实践教学体系,确保实践教学质量。实践教学体系具有广泛的社会性和复杂性,实践教学体系的构建需要整合教育资源和社会资源,需要多方主体的共同参与来促进实践教学体系更加完善、科学、规范。
[Abstract]:With the development of knowledge economy and the progress of science and technology, all sectors of society put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of talents. Full-time professional degree is to meet the needs of the development of the times, for economic development, social progress, the cultivation of broad knowledge, broad vision, high level of applied talents. Occupation is the essential attribute of professional degree, professional ability is produced in practice and promoted in practice. Practice teaching is the main way to cultivate graduate students' practical ability, application ability and innovation ability, and it is also an important part of graduate education. Full-time professional degree graduate education has been developing for nearly 8 years, the enrollment number is increasing year by year, and its talent training model has been widely recognized by all walks of life. With the expansion of scale and the development of economy, the demand for new talents brings a new challenge to the quality of full-time professional degree teaching. The quality of practical teaching undertakes the responsibility of cultivating the professional ability of full-time professional degree graduate students, and highlights the essence of professional degree. Attaching importance to the study of practical teaching system has an important influence on ensuring the quality of full-time graduate training in China. The main line of this paper is background research, basic theory research, problem research and countermeasure research. The basic theory research adopts the research method from the whole to the part, taking "vocational ability" as the logical starting point and attribution point of the practical teaching system construction, and puts forward the integral constituent elements of the practice teaching system. That is, teaching objective system, teaching content system, practical teaching management system, practical teaching evaluation system, practical teaching guarantee system. The problem study is to analyze the problems in the practice teaching of full-time professional degree graduate students in China from the point of view of the constituent elements of practical teaching: the lack of practical teaching idea, the break away from the goal of full-time professional degree graduate training; The content of practical teaching is rigid, it is difficult to reflect the training characteristics of full-time professional graduate students; the scale and quality of tutors can not meet the needs of the development of practical teaching; the system of teaching management and security is absent, and the quality of practical teaching cannot be guaranteed. The last part of the paper is the core of the research, and puts forward relative measures to solve the problems in the operation of practical teaching system, such as defining the goal of vocational ability training, paying attention to the construction of practical teaching content, strengthening the construction of tutors' team. Strengthen the construction of practice base, attach importance to the construction of management mechanism and guarantee mechanism, perfect the evaluation of practice teaching to construct practice teaching system and ensure the quality of practice teaching. The practical teaching system has extensive sociality and complexity. The construction of the practical teaching system needs the integration of educational resources and social resources, and the joint participation of various subjects to promote the practice teaching system to be more perfect, scientific and standardized.
