工作过程系统化课程视角下应用型大学教师专业化发展对策

【摘要】：应用型大学教师的专业素质难以适应社会经济发展需要。普适性工作过程和典型工作过程耦合的工作过程系统化课程,能够凸显应用型大学教师培养具有策略性技能的智慧型产业工人的本质特征,有助于综合塑造应用型大学教师专业素质。为此,应该依据工作过程系统化课程的主要思想,建立多元化的应用型大学教师专业素质积累机制,重构应用型大学教师培养的课程与教学范式,改革应用型大学教师的选聘与专业素质评价方式,构建适应时代潮流的应用型大学师生关系。
[Abstract]:The professional quality of applied university teachers is difficult to meet the needs of social and economic development. The systematic course of working process, which is coupled with the typical working process, can highlight the essential characteristics of practical university teachers' training of intelligent industrial workers with strategic skills. It is helpful to comprehensively shape the professional quality of applied university teachers. Therefore, according to the main ideas of the systematic course of work process, we should establish a diversified mechanism of professional quality accumulation of applied university teachers, and reconstruct the curriculum and teaching paradigm of applied university teachers. To reform the ways of selecting and employing applied university teachers and evaluating their professional quality, and to construct the teacher-student relationship of applied universities in accordance with the trend of the times.
