美国大学如何提升本科生的学习质量——基于“大学学习测评项目”的经验与启示

【摘要】：美国"大学学习测评项目"(MCLP)从专门学科的角度,集中阐述了六个学科领域内21世纪的大学本科生应具备的基本知识与必需技能,勾勒了美国大学本科生学习质量管理的关键要素,对我国高校进一步明确本科专业教学质量标准、推动教师有效改进教学、提升学生学习质量具有重要的借鉴意义和参考价值。本文从发起动因、核心原则、组织与实施、成果特色等方面介绍了"大学学习测评项目"(MCLP)的推进过程,并结合实际,从如何科学设计专门学科的学习结果、开展学习结果评价的专题培训、综合运用多样化测评工具、重视教师对教学评估的主动参与等方面,对我国高校如何有效提升本科生的学习质量提出了建议。
[Abstract]:The American College Learning Evaluation Project (MCLP) focuses on the basic knowledge and necessary skills that university undergraduate students should have in the six disciplines from a specialized subject, outlines the key elements of the quality management of undergraduate students in the United States University, and further defines the quality standards for undergraduate teaching in our university and promotes teaching. It is of great significance and reference value for the teachers to improve the teaching effectively and improve the students' learning quality. This paper introduces the promotion process of the "university study evaluation project" (MCLP) from the aspects of the motivation, the core principle, the organization and implementation, the results characteristics and so on. And in combination with the practice, the study is carried out from the scientific design of the study results of the specialized subject. The special training of the evaluation of fruit, the comprehensive use of diversified assessment tools, and the importance of teachers' active participation in teaching evaluation, put forward some suggestions on how to improve the quality of Undergraduates' learning effectively.
