我国高校规范更名研议

【摘要】：我国高校更名热度持续不减,主要分为更换高校名称不升格和升格且更换高校名称两种形式。高校更名成为一些高校寻求办学发展的路径依赖。一些高校出于战略规划调整的考虑进行更名,也不乏盲目跟风更名竞争资源现象。主要发达国家高校通过明晰的程序进行更名,更名高校相应进行教学改革以适应更名调整。建议我国进一步规范高校更名程序和更名标准,多方共同参与监督高校进行与更名相匹配的质量建设。
[Abstract]:The heat of changing names of colleges and universities in our country continues unabated, which is divided into two forms: changing names of colleges and universities without upgrading and changing names of colleges and universities. Changing the name of colleges and universities has become the path dependence of some colleges and universities seeking for the development of running schools. Some colleges and universities change their names out of the consideration of strategic planning adjustment, but also blindly change their names to compete for resources. The main developed country university carries on the name change through the clear procedure, the name university carries on the teaching reform accordingly to adapt to the rename adjustment. It is suggested that our country should further standardize the procedures and standards of changing names of colleges and universities, and participate in the supervision of the quality construction of colleges and universities in accordance with the change of name.
