微时代高校思想政治教育精细化探究

【摘要】：高校思想政治教育精细化是一个内涵丰富的综合概念,是教育管理理念、教育模式和价值追求的有机融合。精细化发展是微时代思想政治教育理论创新和实践创新的重要追求和必然选择。从时间维度上看,粗放型、单一化的教育模式难以满足当前教育个性化发展趋势以及"内容+形式"的双重需求;从空间维度上看,微时代思想政治教育面临教育主阵地、话语空间和自身发展空间拓展的多重需求。只有实现教育理念、内容、质量和载体精细化,并从主渠道教育精细化、软环境营造精细化和日常管理精细化几个维度着力,才能助推微时代高校思想政治教育实效性提升。
[Abstract]:The refinement of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities is a comprehensive concept with rich connotation. It is an organic integration of educational management concept, education mode and value pursuit. Fine development is an important pursuit and inevitable choice for the theoretical and practical innovation of Ideological and political education in the micro era. From the time dimension, the extensive and single educational mode is difficult. In order to meet the dual needs of the current education individualized development trend and the "content + form", from the spatial dimension, the ideological and political education in the micro era is faced with the multiple needs of the main position of education, the discourse space and the development of its own space. Only the education concept, the content, the quality and the carrier are refined, and the education of the main channel is refined and the soft ring is made. In order to boost the effectiveness of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities in the micro era, we should focus on the following aspects: meticulous refinement and meticulous management.
