大学生手机依赖现状及其应对路径研究

【摘要】：在信息化时代,随着互联网全面覆盖,智能手机迅速普及,人们因过度使用手机而产生手机依赖现象。其中,大学生群体普遍对手机依赖程度较高,甚至出现手机成瘾现象。在校园里、课堂上……低头玩手机的现象愈演愈烈。因此,本文通过分析大学生手机依赖现状及其原因,逐步构建其应对路径,从而倡导大学生加强自我约束、缓解手机依赖现状、养成合理使用手机的好习惯。
[Abstract]:In the information age, with the full coverage of the Internet and the rapid popularity of smart phones, people rely on mobile phones because of excessive use of mobile phones. Among them, the college students generally rely on mobile phone high degree, even appear the phenomenon of mobile phone addiction. On campus, in class. The phenomenon of bowing down to play with mobile phones is getting worse. Therefore, by analyzing the current situation and reasons of cell phone dependence of college students, this paper gradually constructs its coping path, thus advocating college students to strengthen self-restraint, ease the status quo of cell phone dependence, and form the good habit of using mobile phone rationally.
