儒家诚信思想对高校思想政治教育的价值问题研究

【摘要】：市场经济是一定意义上的信用经济,市场经济愈发达,愈要求诚实守信。随着经济全球化的快速发展,诚信已成为投资环境不可或缺的要素,它甚至是影响我国能否顺利进行可持续发展的重要条件。习近平总书记在中央全面深化改革领导小组第二十五次会议上强调,要推进社会的诚信体系建设,让失信者寸步难行。高校肩负着培养合格接班人的重任,在经济全球化以及健全社会主义市场经济的大背景下,诚信作为当代大学生应具备的基本品质和成才的必备素质,加强诚信教育有着非常重要的意义。诚信思想作为儒家文化的重要范畴,既是中华民族的优良传统,也是当前高校思政教育工作的重要内容。而社会主义核心价值观将诚信作为其主要倡导的内容之一,凸显了诚信作为公民价值准则的重要性和必要性。“诚信”既是规范人们行为的准则,也是社会主义物质文明和精神文明建设的精神依托和价值目标;既是社会和谐的风向标,也是经济社会建设的动力源。因此倡导诚信是时代进步的需要,更是实现“中国梦”之重大举措。然而高速发展的经济社会让一部分人产生了浮躁的功利心,诚信缺失的现象不仅在社会上形成诚信危机,也逐渐扩散到校园里,令人痛心疾首。本文在查阅了大量国内外关于儒家诚信思想、诚信教育和诚信缺失方面的资料的基础上,针对目前大学生诚信缺失现象日益增多的现状,首先对儒家诚信思想和高校思想政治教育的相关理论进行了深入挖掘,分析了我国目前对于儒家诚信思想和高校思想政治教育的有效结合的研究现状,并根据查阅各类论文和著作资料,对儒家诚信思想对高校思想政治教育的价值问题进行了深入研究。全文分为五个部分进行探究。第一部分是绪论,简要阐述了研究背景和意义,并对国内外研究现状进行了简要说明;第二部分是儒家诚信思想与高校思想政治教育概述,结合多位儒家学者对于诚信思想的观点,分析儒家诚信思想的含义及历史局限性和现代意义,同时又对思想政治教育的含义、内容及特点进行梳理,凝练并概括出儒家诚信思想和高校思想政治教育的关系;第三部分是立足于目前我国高校大学生中普遍出现的诚信缺失现状,分析出现诚信缺失的原因;第四部分着重谈儒家诚信思想对于高校思想政治教育有何价值及实现路径;第五部分是结论,对全文进行概括性的总结。本文把握当代大学生的思想动态,正确认识当代复杂多变的因素干扰下大学生的思想多样性,将儒家诚信思想如春雨润物般潜移默化的影响他们,整体提升学生的思想道德素质和诚信品质,贯彻落实社会主义核心价值观中的诚信概念,形成更为完善的诚信教育体系,从而增强我国高校的思政教育的教学效果。
[Abstract]:Market economy is the credit economy in a certain sense. With the rapid development of economic globalization, honesty has become an indispensable element of the investment environment, and it is even an important condition that affects the smooth sustainable development of our country. General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the 25th meeting of the Central Committee leading Group on Comprehensive deepening Reform that it is necessary to promote the construction of a system of social integrity so that those who have broken their promises will be unable to move forward. Colleges and universities shoulder the important task of cultivating qualified successors. Under the background of economic globalization and a sound socialist market economy, honesty and credit are the basic qualities and the necessary qualities for the development of modern college students. It is of great significance to strengthen honesty education. As an important category of Confucian culture, the thought of honesty is not only the fine tradition of the Chinese nation, but also the important content of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The core values of socialism regard honesty as one of its main contents, which highlights the importance and necessity of honesty as the criterion of citizen value. "honesty" is not only the norm of people's behavior, but also the spiritual support and value goal of the construction of socialist material civilization and spiritual civilization, as well as the vane of social harmony and the power source of economic and social construction. Therefore, advocating good faith is the need of the progress of the times, but also an important measure to realize "Chinese Dream". However, the rapid development of economic society has made some people have a impetuous utilitarian heart. The phenomenon of lack of honesty not only forms a crisis of honesty in society, but also gradually spreads to the campus. On the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign information on Confucian honesty, honesty education and lack of honesty, this paper aims at the increasing phenomenon of college students' lack of honesty. First of all, the author deeply excavates the theory of Confucian honesty and ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and analyzes the current research situation of the effective combination of Confucian honesty and ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China. On the basis of consulting all kinds of papers and works, this paper makes a deep study on the value of Confucian honesty to ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The full text is divided into five parts to explore. The first part is the introduction, briefly expounds the research background and significance, and briefly explains the current research situation at home and abroad, the second part is an overview of Confucian honesty and ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Combined with the views of many Confucian scholars on honesty and credit, this paper analyzes the meaning, historical limitation and modern significance of Confucian honesty, and at the same time combs the meaning, content and characteristics of ideological and political education. The third part is based on the present situation of honesty and credit among college students in our country, and analyzes the reasons for the lack of honesty. The fourth part mainly discusses the value and the realization path of the Confucian honesty thought to the ideological and political education of the university; the fifth part is the conclusion, carries on the summary to the full text. This paper grasps the ideological dynamics of contemporary college students, correctly understands the ideological diversity of college students under the interference of contemporary complex and changeable factors, and influences them with the Confucian honesty and credit thought as the spring rain. In order to strengthen the teaching effect of ideological and political education in our country, we can improve the students' ideological and moral quality and credit quality, carry out the concept of honesty and credit in the core values of socialism, and form a more perfect system of honesty and credit education.
