美国大学教学支持服务机构的时代转向及启示

【摘要】：大学教学支持服务机构的建立,对传播先进教育理念、提升教育教学水平、引领教师专业发展、推动教育教学改革具有重要的意义和价值。文章首先阐释了美国大学教学支持服务机构的使命变迁,即从关注教育质量保障走向支持教育教学创新。随后,文章从教学支持、教学评价、教学督导和教学咨询等四个方面,详细阐释了美国大学教学支持服务机构服务内涵的时代转向。最后,文章借鉴美国大学教学支持服务机构的实践经验,从教师培训理念转变、评估与督导方式转变、信息技术支持等三个方面提出建议,以期为我国大学教师教学发展中心的发展提供参考。
[Abstract]:The establishment of the university teaching support service institution is of great significance and value for spreading advanced educational ideas, improving the level of education and teaching, leading the professional development of teachers and promoting the reform of education and teaching. This paper first explains the change of the mission of American university teaching support service, that is, from paying attention to the guarantee of education quality to supporting the innovation of education and teaching. Then, from four aspects of teaching support, teaching evaluation, teaching supervision and teaching consultation, the article explains in detail the era turn of the service connotation of American university teaching support service. Finally, the article draws lessons from the practical experience of American university teaching support service, and puts forward some suggestions from three aspects: the change of teacher training concept, the change of evaluation and supervision mode, and the support of information technology. In order to provide reference for the development of teaching development center of university teachers in our country.
