教师需求视角下高校学生评教制度存在的问题与对策

【摘要】：学生评教作为教学评价的一项重要制度,自从引入我国之后,便引起了广泛的关注,各高校纷纷将其作为管理制度之一,在教学评价中发挥了重要作用,无论是对促进高校教学管理,还是对激励教师教学活动都起到了积极的作用。但是,随着时代的变革,现行的学生评教也暴露出一些问题,而这些问题的出现影响到的直接利益相关者—学生和教师。对此,笔者选取教师这一利益相关者为研究对象,基于教师的需求来研究学生评教制度存在的问题。本研究通过对国内外相关文献的归纳整理,利用调查问卷法对X大学的1031位教师进行了调查。研究结果表明,现行学生评教制度存如下问题:重视结果性评价,忽视形成性评价;评教内容过于重视教学方法和教学效果,没有关注教师教学的整个过程;评教方式过于单一,缺乏多元性;评教时间安排欠合理;评教指标得不到教师的认可;评教结果不客观,反馈信息不全面,缺乏内容阐释。而问题产生的主要原因是:管理者多从管理的角度看待评教;缺乏评教理论和评教方法的指导;网上评教与其他评教途径结合需进一步加强;学生评教的指标存在缺陷;学生评教指标体系的制定忽视教师的参与。针对上述问题,为充分发挥学生评教制度的作用,研究提出的解决对策是:将学生评教的目的定位为发展教学;改进评教活动组织工作,配置专业教学评估人员;构建更加科学合理的评教指标体系;更加合理地安排评教的时间和方式;建立健全学生评教结果反馈机制,充分合理利用学生评教的结果;开发评教辅助手段,更加客观的评价教学。
[Abstract]:As an important system of teaching evaluation, students' evaluation of teaching has aroused widespread concern since it was introduced into China. Colleges and universities have taken it as one of the management systems and played an important role in teaching evaluation. It plays a positive role in promoting teaching management in colleges and universities as well as in stimulating teachers' teaching activities. However, with the change of the times, the current student evaluation of teaching also exposed some problems, and the emergence of these problems directly affected the stakeholders-students and teachers. Therefore, the author chooses the teacher as the stakeholder to study the problems of the student evaluation system based on the teachers' needs. In this study, 1031 teachers in X University were investigated by means of questionnaire through the summarization of relevant literature at home and abroad. The results show that the current student evaluation system has the following problems: attaching importance to the result evaluation, neglecting the formative evaluation, paying too much attention to the teaching method and teaching effect, not paying attention to the whole process of the teacher's teaching; The teaching evaluation method is too single, lack of diversity; the time arrangement of teaching evaluation is unreasonable; the evaluation index is not recognized by teachers; the evaluation result is not objective, feedback information is not comprehensive, and the content is not explained. The main causes of the problem are: managers mostly look at the evaluation of teaching from the perspective of management, lack of guidance of the theory and method of evaluation of teaching, the combination of online evaluation of teaching and other ways of evaluation needs to be further strengthened, the indicators of students' evaluation of teaching have defects; The establishment of student evaluation index system neglects the participation of teachers. In view of the above problems, in order to give full play to the role of students' evaluation of teaching system, the countermeasures are as follows: the purpose of students' evaluation of teaching is to develop teaching, to improve the organization of teaching evaluation activities, and to allocate professional teaching evaluators; To construct a more scientific and reasonable evaluation index system, to arrange the time and method of teaching evaluation more reasonably, to establish and improve the feedback mechanism of students' evaluation results, to make full use of the results of students' evaluation of teaching, to develop the auxiliary means of evaluating teaching, More objective evaluation of teaching.
