教师资格国考背景下地方本科师范院校教师教育课程设置研究

【摘要】:本研究基于教师资格“国考”新形势,通过方便抽样选取具有代表性的地方本科师范院校,运用文献研究法、内容分析法和问卷调查法,对其教师教育专业或师范专业本科人才培养方案进行文本研究,同时以其中一所样本师范院校为例,对其在校师范生进行教师教育课程设置的满意度相关问卷调查,结合两部分的分析研究结果,探寻教师资格“国考”背景下样本院校在其教师教育课程设置上的现状,并分析其存在的问题和原因,尝试探讨具有一定针对性的问题解决策略。除绪论外,论文正文还包含以下四个部分:第一部分,通过对国内外关于教师资格考试制度和教师教育课程设置相关的研究进行梳理和综述,以借鉴前人的研究成果,为本研究服务;同时,通过对占有文献的分析,总结出现有研究的不足,为本研究寻找切入点。第二部分,主要从课程学时、学分和内容设置三个方面,对方便收集到的1 5所地方本科师范院校共计4 8份本科层次教师教育专业或师范类专业人才培养方案进行内容分析。通过对培养方案的内容分析,了解当前地方本科师范院校在其教师教育课程设置上的整体特征和存在的主要问题,为后续问卷的设计,以及“国考”背景下地方本科师范院校教师教育课程设置的调查反馈奠定基础。第三部分,根据第二部分人才培养方案内容分析的结果设计调查问卷,以样本院校中的一所地方本科师范院校师范生为调查对象,调查其对当前教师资格“国考”政策、通识课程、教师教育类课程以及教育实践类课程设置的态度和看法,检测和佐证样本培养方案内容分析的相关结果,进一步分析其教师教育课程设置存在的问题及原因,从而提出符合基础教育改革要求的,更具针对性的教师教育课程设置相关建议。第四部分,根据教师资格“国考”背景下地方本科师范院校教师教育课程设置现状的内容分析和问卷调查反馈,针对性地提出完善地方本科师范院校教师教育课程设置的建议,如审视教师教育培养目标、扩大通识选修课范围、调整教师教育类必修课程内容、增加教师教育类选修课学分和学时、协调教育实习与毕业论文间的学时比重、增加教育实践课程种类、丰富教育实习形式等。
[Abstract]:Based on the new situation of "national examination" of teachers' qualification, this study selects representative local normal colleges and universities with convenient sampling, and applies the methods of literature research, content analysis and questionnaire survey. In this paper, the author makes a textual study on the training scheme of undergraduate students majoring in teacher education or normal education. At the same time, taking one of the sample normal colleges as an example, a questionnaire survey is conducted on the satisfaction degree of teacher education curriculum. Combined with the results of the two parts, this paper explores the present situation of the teacher education curriculum in the sample universities under the background of "national examination", and analyzes the existing problems and reasons, and tries to explore some targeted solutions to the problems. In addition to the introduction, the text of the paper also includes the following four parts: the first part, through the domestic and foreign research on the teacher qualification examination system and teacher education curriculum setup related to comb and summary, in order to draw lessons from previous research results. At the same time, through the analysis of the possession of the literature, summarized the shortcomings of the research, and found a breakthrough point for this study. In the second part, from three aspects of course hours, credit and content setting, the author analyzes the contents of 48 undergraduate teacher education or teacher training programs in 15 local normal colleges. By analyzing the contents of the training program, we can find out the overall characteristics and the main problems of the teacher education curriculum in the local normal colleges and universities, so as to design the follow-up questionnaire. And under the background of "national examination", the investigation and feedback of teacher education curriculum in local normal colleges lay the foundation. The third part, according to the results of the second part of the analysis of the content of talent training program, designed a questionnaire, taking a local normal college students in a sample university as the object of investigation, to investigate the current teacher qualification "national examination" policy. General courses, teacher education courses and educational practice courses of attitude and view, testing and supporting the sample training program content analysis of the relevant results, further analysis of its teacher education curriculum problems and reasons, Therefore, the author puts forward some relevant suggestions for teachers' education curriculum that meet the requirements of basic education reform. In the fourth part, according to the content analysis and questionnaire feedback of the present situation of teacher education curriculum in local normal colleges under the background of "national examination", the author puts forward some suggestions to perfect the teacher education curriculum in local normal colleges and universities. Such as examining the goal of teacher education, enlarging the scope of general elective courses, adjusting the content of compulsory courses of teacher education, increasing the credits and hours of elective courses of teacher education, coordinating the proportion of hours between teaching practice and graduation papers, Increase the types of educational practice courses, enrich the forms of educational practice, and so on.
