论高校创新创业教育机构功能及其关系

【摘要】：高校成立独立专门的创新创业教育机构顺应我国创新创业教育进入广谱式发展阶段的趋势,是实现高校资源有机连接、推进创新创业教育深入发展的需要。创新创业教育机构应当具备四项基本功能:教育、科研、实践、服务。四项功能间存在相互促进、多元共生的关系。教育功能是基础、实践功能是关键、科研功能是保障,服务功能是拓展。创新创业教育机构四项功能的实现将形成要素间的内循环,从而实现以高校为单元的EAPS-创新创业教育生态圈的构建。
[Abstract]:The establishment of independent and specialized innovative entrepreneurship education institutions in colleges and universities conforms to the trend of our country's innovation and entrepreneurship education entering into a broad spectrum development stage. It is the need to realize the organic connection of university resources and to promote the in-depth development of innovative entrepreneurship education. Innovative entrepreneurial education institutions should have four basic functions: education, scientific research, practice and service. The four functions are mutually reinforcing and multivariate symbiosis. The function of education is the foundation, the function of practice is the key, the function of scientific research is the guarantee, and the function of service is the expansion. The realization of the four functions of innovative entrepreneurial education institutions will form an internal cycle among the elements, thus realizing the construction of EAPS- EAPS- innovative entrepreneurship education ecological circle with universities as the unit.
