英国罗素大学集团发展契机与面临的危机

【摘要】：为了整合高等教育资源并推动大学的进一步发展,英国24所顶尖高校结盟而组建了"罗素大学集团"。本研究从该集团发展面临的契机及危机着手,对大学联合团体的动向与特点进行了剖析。一方面罗素大学集团教育成果丰硕、声望较高,另一方面罗素大学集团制定了清晰的发展战略规划,加之与其他团体的积极合作,进而一直处在发展之中。与此同时,罗素大学集团也面临来自国内外的质疑与挑战。当前,全球高等教育系统逐渐走入"相互融合"的进程,对罗素大学集团的探讨对高等院校联盟的发展进程有着一定的启示意义,也对我国探索出一条院校联盟的新型路线具有启示作用。
[Abstract]:To integrate higher education resources and promote further development of universities, 24 top universities in the UK formed the Russell University Group. Based on the opportunity and crisis of the development of the group, this paper analyzes the trend and characteristics of the unifying group. On the one hand, Russell University Group has rich educational achievements and high reputation. On the other hand, Russell University Group has drawn up a clear development strategy and actively cooperated with other groups, and has been in the process of development. At the same time, Russell University Group also faces challenges and challenges from home and abroad. At present, the global higher education system has gradually entered the process of "mutual integration", which has a certain enlightening significance for the exploration of Russell University Group to the development process of university alliance. It also has enlightening effect on exploring a new line of college alliance in our country.
