“微时代”大学生理想信念教育研究

【摘要】:理想信念教育作为思想政治教育的核心内容,能够帮助大学生自觉消除思想困惑,增强大学生对马克思主义的信仰和建设有中国特色社会主义的信心。“微时代”是以微博、微信等公众平台作为传播媒介代表,以短小精炼作为文化传播特征的时代。它具有网络信息的高效性与碎片化、网络交流的互动性和去中心化、信息传播速度快且范围广、媒介主体的大众化与平等性的特点。由此,它为满足大学生的个性化、多元化需求提供了一个表达自我、展现风采的平台。因此,加强“微时代”大学生理想信念教育,对于建设中国特色社会主义,实现中华民族的伟大复兴,促进大学生的健康成长和价值实现,增强思想政治教育学科实效性,具有十分重要的理论意义和现实意义。“微时代”的兴起给大学生理想信念教育工作带来了挑战,也赢来了机遇。其挑战主要表现在:对理想信念教育的传统方法和思想政治教育工作者的素质提出了挑战,并使思想政治教育工作者及其对象面临更加复杂的信息环境。其带来的机遇主要表现在为理想信念教育提供更广阔平台,并有助于增强理想信念教育的时效性,丰富理想信念教育的内容,创新理想信念教育的方式。当前大学生理想信念状况表现为:在政治和社会理想上,总体积极、健康,但不够坚定;在道德理想上,推崇崇高与平庸化并存;在职业理想上,过度的追求和现实的困惑相冲突;在生活理想上,物质欲念和精神追求失衡。这种状况除了与社会大环境有关外,与高校的理想信念教育存在种种不足有直接联系,这些不足主要有:教育内容单调、教育形式单一、教育缺乏个性化关注、教育缺乏系统化。造成“微时代”背景下大学生理想信念及其教育中存在问题的原因是多方面的,主要包括:“微时代”信息传播内容的多元化和复杂性;部分大学生自控能力相对低下;思想政治教育工作者的能力与素质不适应“微时代”要求;相关网络监管制度不健全。为此,必须提升思想政治教育工作者的素养,丰富理想信念教育的内容;充分利用“微时代”媒体,拓宽大学生理想信念教育的平台和渠道;引导大学生加强自我教育,不断提升大学生的自身素质;健全网络媒体信息监管和反馈制度,优化“微时代”理想信念教育的信息环境。
[Abstract]:As the core content of ideological and political education, ideal and belief education can help college students to consciously eliminate their ideological confusion and strengthen their confidence in Marxism and the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Microera is an era in which public platforms such as Weibo and WeChat are used as media representatives and short and small refining as the characteristics of cultural communication. It has the characteristics of high efficiency and fragmentation of network information, interactivity and decentralization of network communication, high speed and wide range of information dissemination, popularization and equality of media subject. Therefore, it provides a platform to express oneself and show style for meeting the individualized and diversified needs of college students. Therefore, strengthening the ideal and belief education of college students in the "micro-era" is of great importance to building socialism with Chinese characteristics, realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, promoting the healthy growth and value realization of college students, and enhancing the effectiveness of the subject of ideological and political education. It has very important theoretical and practical significance. The rise of micro-age brings challenges and opportunities to the education of college students' ideals and beliefs. The main challenges are as follows: it challenges the traditional methods of ideal and belief education and the quality of ideological and political educators, and makes the ideological and political educators and their objects face a more complex information environment. The opportunities it brings are mainly manifested in providing a broader platform for the education of ideals and beliefs, and helping to enhance the timeliness of the education of ideals and beliefs, enrich the contents of the education of ideals and beliefs, and innovate the ways of education of ideals and beliefs. The current state of college students' ideals and beliefs are as follows: in political and social ideals, they are generally active, healthy, but not firm enough; in moral ideals, there is the coexistence of sublime and mediocre; in professional ideals, Excessive pursuit conflicts with realistic confusion; in life ideal, material desire and spiritual pursuit are out of balance. In addition to being related to the social environment, this situation is directly related to the deficiencies in the education of ideals and beliefs in colleges and universities. These deficiencies mainly include monotonous content, single form of education, and lack of individualized attention to education. Education lacks systematization. There are many reasons for the problems in college students' ideals and beliefs and their education under the background of "micro-age", which mainly include: the diversity and complexity of the content of information dissemination in "micro-era", the relatively low self-control ability of some college students; The ability and quality of ideological and political educators do not meet the requirements of the "micro-era", and the related network supervision system is not perfect. Therefore, we must improve the quality of ideological and political education workers, enrich the content of ideal and belief education, make full use of the media of "micro-era", broaden the platform and channels of college students' ideal and belief education, guide them to strengthen their self-education, Improve the quality of college students constantly, perfect the information supervision and feedback system of network media, optimize the information environment of ideal and belief education in "micro-era".
