地方本科院校转型对学生发展的影响路径分析

【摘要】:基于北京大学教育经济研究所"2016年全国地方本科院校人才培养与就业调查"数据,采用结构方程模型就地方本科院校转型对学生发展的影响路径进行实证分析。研究发现,转型试点通过院校人才培养过程对学生能力素质发展的影响,主要通过学生参与的中介机制来发挥正向作用,学生参与的类型中,课程参与的作用最大;转型试点对学生就业状况的影响,学生参与并不起中介作用。相对于课程设置、教学行为,转型试点对实践教学的影响更大;在学生毕业/综合实习中,实习考评的作用更明显。相比学生能力素质发展,转型试点通过院校人才培养过程对就业状况的正向影响较有限。
[Abstract]:Based on the data from the Institute of Education and Economics of Peking University in 2016, an empirical analysis on the influence of the transformation of local undergraduate institutions on the development of students was carried out by using the structural equation model. It is found that the transition pilot projects have positive effects on the development of students' ability and quality through the process of talent cultivation in colleges and universities, mainly through the intermediary mechanism of students' participation, in which the role of curriculum participation is the most important among the types of students' participation. The impact of the transition pilot on the employment status of students, student participation does not play an intermediary role. Compared with the curriculum, the teaching behavior and the transformation of the pilot projects have a greater impact on the practical teaching, and in the students' graduation / comprehensive practice, the role of the practice evaluation is more obvious. Compared with the development of students' ability and quality, the positive influence on employment is limited through the process of talent training in colleges and universities.
