当代大学生创业人格培养的对策研究

【摘要】:随着社会经济改革速度的不断加快,创业产生动力已经受到了越来越多人的认可,创业教育也随之受到了党和政府的重视。在各个高校内开展创业教育是社会发展、教育进步必然的趋势。创业教育发展好了对于缓解目前的就业压力、高等学校教育改革以及科技强国都有一定的效果。因此,如何对大学生进行创业方面的教育,使他们具有一定的创业能力和素养是各高校需要解决的重要问题。大学生创业已经成为了社会议论的热点,各高校在创业教育方面作了许多有益的尝试,无论是课程的体系、教学的方式、还是建立各种实训基地,都为大学生提供了良好的教育平台。但是从目前效果看,实质性的突破不明显。传统教育的观念和方法仍然制约着创业教育的发展,尤其是在创业人格方面的培养显得更为薄弱。在创业教育过程中由于过于偏重知识和技能方面的传授,而忽略了精神、人格方面的培养,导致当前大学生普遍存在创业意识不强、创业意志薄弱、思维比较僵化等现象。最终导致成创业人格已经无法满足需求,大学生的创业人格培养已经成为了当前的创业教育重点需要解决的问题。大学生的创业教育不应该只是技能方面进行培养,精神、素质、行为等人格方面都需要进行教育。本文以大学生创业教育为背景,就如何实现当代大学生创业人格的培养进行了详细的分析。通过文献查阅、调查问卷等方式对相关研究现状进行总结归纳。全文共分为四大章节:第一章是绪论,主要交代的是本论文中所要研究的内容和一些基本情况。第二部分主要讲述人格、创业人格和大学生创业人格等名词的相关概念、具有什么特点以及培养大学生的创业人格的必要性。第三部分是对当代大学生创业人格的具体培养现状进行分析,找到有利的培养条件并对其充分的利用;对影响创业人格培养的不利因素进行反思并找到其根源。第四部分是根据对问题根源的分析,主要从观念、创业环境和创业教育等方面寻找具体有效的培养措施。其中第三部分和第四部分是本文的核心部分,通过对部分高校的管理学、经济学和法学专业的大学生进行问卷调查,总结分析出在创业活动中,影响创业人格培养的因素和希望得到改进的方面来入手,从而找到合适的培养对策。第五部分是结语,它是本文的结论部分,主要对本文的观点进行概括和总结。通过对创业人格培养的深度探索,找到了一些方法和对策。说明大学生创业人格的培养是有方法可循的。通过大学生创业人格的培养,可以提升大学生创业的实际效果,同时也使所有高校大学生都具备良好的创业人格精神,具有一定的实际意义。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of social and economic reform, entrepreneurship has been recognized by more and more people, and entrepreneurship education has been attached importance to by the Party and the government. It is an inevitable trend of social development to carry out entrepreneurship education in various colleges and universities. The development of entrepreneurship education has certain effect on relieving the pressure of employment, reforming higher education and scientific and technological power. Therefore, how to educate college students on entrepreneurship and enable them to have certain entrepreneurial ability and literacy is an important problem to be solved in colleges and universities. College students' entrepreneurship has become a hot topic in the society. Colleges and universities have made a lot of useful attempts in entrepreneurship education, whether it is the curriculum system, the teaching methods, or the establishment of various practical training bases. For college students to provide a good platform for education. But from the current effect, the substantive breakthrough is not obvious. The concept and method of traditional education still restrict the development of entrepreneurship education, especially in the cultivation of entrepreneurial personality. In the process of entrepreneurship education, too much emphasis is placed on the imparting of knowledge and skills, but the cultivation of spirit and personality is neglected, which leads to the phenomenon that the entrepreneurial consciousness is not strong, the entrepreneurial will is weak, and the thinking is rather rigid. Finally, the entrepreneurial personality has been unable to meet the needs, the cultivation of entrepreneurial personality of college students has become the focus of entrepreneurship education needs to be solved. The entrepreneurship education of college students should not only be trained in skills, but also need to be educated in personality, such as spirit, quality, behavior and so on. Based on the background of college students' entrepreneurship education, this paper makes a detailed analysis on how to realize the cultivation of contemporary college students' entrepreneurial personality. Through literature review, questionnaire and other ways to summarize the current situation of relevant research. This paper is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, which mainly describes the content and some basic situation of this paper. The second part mainly describes the related concepts of personality, entrepreneurial personality and college students' entrepreneurial personality, what characteristics they have and the necessity of cultivating college students' entrepreneurial personality. The third part is to analyze the current situation of contemporary college students' entrepreneurial personality, to find favorable conditions and make full use of it; to reflect on the adverse factors that affect the cultivation of entrepreneurial personality and to find its root cause. The fourth part is based on the analysis of the root causes of the problem, mainly from the concept, entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurship education to find specific and effective training measures. The third part and the fourth part are the core part of this paper. Through the questionnaire survey of college students majoring in management, economics and law in some colleges and universities, the author summarizes and analyzes the entrepreneurial activities. The factors that affect the cultivation of entrepreneurial personality and hope to be improved to start to find the appropriate cultivation countermeasures. The fifth part is conclusion, which is the conclusion of this paper. Through the deep exploration of the cultivation of entrepreneurial personality, some methods and countermeasures are found. It shows that there are some ways to cultivate the entrepreneurial personality of college students. Through the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial personality, the practical effect of university students' entrepreneurship can be promoted, and at the same time, all college students have good entrepreneurial personality spirit, which has certain practical significance.
