四川省在校大学生创业意愿与创业能力现状研究及教育对策分析

【摘要】:创业自20世纪末以来一直是社会各界和媒体关注的焦点,高校大学生作为我国的高素质人才群体,理应成为创业活动中的佼佼者。据当前高校现实状况,有创业意愿的在校大学生比率逐年上升,但真正实施创业行动的大学生比例却非常低。在面临上述问题的情况下,对在校大学生创业意愿和创业能力的实际调查也就具有了一定的现实意义。通过访谈、讨论、预测等多种研究方法得出一份较为科学的自编问卷,并利用该问卷对四川省境内高校的在校大学生进行发放问卷,统计并分析其创业意愿和创业能力的现状,并找到二者之间的关系。四川省高校在校大学生拥有创业意愿比率高达七成,但从创业准备角度来衡量创业意愿结果不甚理想。在校大学生创业失败率高主要的原因之一为在校大学生创业能力不足,且存在对自我认识不明的现象。为了了解在校大学生创业能力在哪些方面的欠缺,从社会实践能力、管理计划能力、专业知识学习能力、创新思考能力四方面入手分别调查在校大学生潜在创业能力。通过调查证实社会实践、管理计划、专业知识学习、创新思考对创业能力的影响贡献分数分别为:0.688、0.753、0.697、0.582。最后根据四川省在校大学生创业意愿和创业能力的调查结果,利用SWOT分析法分析提出利用优势,抓住机遇,改变创业教育的定位偏差;利用经济转型机遇,积极参与创业实践;利用政府政策,多渠道解决资金问题;有针对性加强创业教育培训等可能性建议。
[Abstract]:Since the end of the 20th century, entrepreneurship has been the focus of attention from all walks of life and the media. College students, as a group of high-quality talents in China, should become outstanding in entrepreneurial activities. According to the actual situation of colleges and universities, the proportion of college students who want to start a business is increasing year by year, but the proportion of students who really implement entrepreneurial action is very low. In the face of the above problems, the actual investigation of college students' entrepreneurial willingness and entrepreneurial ability has a certain practical significance. Through interviews, discussions, predictions and other research methods, a more scientific self-made questionnaire is obtained, and the questionnaire is used to distribute questionnaires to college students in Sichuan Province, and the current situation of their entrepreneurial willingness and entrepreneurial ability is analyzed. And find out the relationship between the two. The rate of entrepreneurial willingness of college students in Sichuan province is as high as 70%, but it is not very ideal to measure entrepreneurial willingness from the angle of entrepreneurial preparation. One of the main reasons for the high failure rate of college students is the lack of entrepreneurial ability of college students and the phenomenon of unknown self-knowledge. In order to understand the lack of entrepreneurial ability of college students, the potential entrepreneurial ability of college students was investigated from four aspects: social practice ability, management planning ability, professional knowledge learning ability and innovative thinking ability. The contribution scores of social practice, management plan, professional knowledge learning and innovative thinking to entrepreneurial ability are respectively 0.6880.753 / 0.697and 0.582respectively. Finally, according to the investigation results of college students' entrepreneurial willingness and entrepreneurial ability in Sichuan province, using SWOT analysis method, the author puts forward the idea of utilizing advantages, seizing opportunities, changing the orientation deviation of entrepreneurship education, taking advantage of the opportunity of economic transformation, and actively participating in the practice of entrepreneurship. Make use of government policy, solve the problem of funds through many channels; strengthen the possibility of entrepreneurship education and training.
