网络舆情背景下大学生网络责任意识研究

【摘要】:随着数字技术和新媒体的普及,互联网已经取代了传统媒体的地位,互联网已经作为人们交流信息与获取信息最便捷的工具,更多的人通过这种工具发表对社会百态、对国家政治、对个人成长的观点与建议,网络已经成为“思想文化信息的集散地和社会舆论的放大器”。网络舆情就是社会舆情在网络空间的折射,对社会秩序稳定发挥着重要作用。当代大学生是网络大军的主要组成部分,他们在参与网络舆情中充满热情和积极性,发挥了一定的积极作用,但是我们也应看到,大学生在参与网络舆情中出现的一些问题:由于网络社会的虚拟性和匿名性,滋生了大学生网络言行的非理性,例如:大学生滥用发言权,侵害了他人和集体的权利。而在网络舆情背景下,大学生之所以表现出网络言行失范,根结底是大学生缺乏网络责任意识带来的结果,因此培育大学生在参与网络舆情中的责任意识有其重要的理论意义和实践意义。本文分为五个部分:第一部分是绪论部分,笔者在此部分主要对本论文的选题缘由及意义做了阐明,并对国外及国内关于大学生参与网络舆情的相关文献资料做了综述和评析,探讨了研究本选题的实践意义和理论意义,最后指出本文的创新点和不足;在第二部分中,这也是本文的理论基础,笔者对责任意识和网络舆情相关概念作了界定,从大学生自身、高校、社会、国家等几方面阐述了大学生在参与网络舆情中树立责任意识的必要性;第三部分,根据对调查问卷的结果统计所得出的数据,笔者分析了当前大学生在参与网路舆情中网络责任意识现状:大学生参与网络舆情整体责任意识较好,但部分大学生在参与网络舆情中存在着网络责任意识缺失的问题,笔者打算从沉迷网络信息,忽略自我责任、滥用言论自由,侵犯他人权利、信谣传谣,漠视国家与社会责任等三个方面进行分析;第四部分是对当前大学生参与网络舆情责任意识缺失的问题归因,分别从大学生自身、网络社区、高校责任教育、社会环境四个方面进行归因;第五部分是文章的最后一部分,作者从以上四个方面提出了大学生网络责任意识的培育措施。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of digital technology and new media, the Internet has replaced the status of traditional media. The Internet has become the most convenient tool for people to exchange information and obtain information. To the national politics, to the personal growth viewpoint and the suggestion, the network has become "the ideological and cultural information collection center and the social public opinion amplifier". Network public opinion is the refraction of social public opinion in cyberspace and plays an important role in the stability of social order. Contemporary college students are the main component of the network army, they are full of enthusiasm and enthusiasm in participating in the network public opinion, and have played a positive role, but we should also see that, Some problems of college students in participating in network public opinion: because of the fictitious and anonymous nature of the network society, they breed the irrational network words and deeds of college students, for example: college students abuse their right to speak and violate the rights of others and collectives. Under the background of network public opinion, the reason why college students show that their network words and deeds are out of order is the result of college students' lack of network responsibility consciousness. Therefore, cultivating college students' sense of responsibility in participating in network public opinion has important theoretical and practical significance. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction part. In this part, the author mainly expounds the reason and significance of this thesis, and summarizes and evaluates the relevant literature about college students' participation in network public opinion both at home and abroad. This paper discusses the practical and theoretical significance of this topic, and points out the innovation and deficiency of this paper. In the second part, it is also the theoretical basis of this paper. The author defines the concept of responsibility consciousness and network public opinion. From the aspects of college students themselves, universities, society and the state, this paper expounds the necessity of setting up the sense of responsibility of college students in participating in the network public opinion. The third part, according to the results of the questionnaire statistics, The author analyzes the current situation of college students' awareness of network responsibility in participating in network public opinion: the overall responsibility consciousness of college students participating in network public opinion is good, but some college students have the problem of lacking network responsibility consciousness in participating in network public opinion. The author intends to analyze from three aspects: indulging in network information, neglecting self-responsibility, abusing freedom of speech, infringing other people's rights, believing rumors, ignoring state and social responsibility. The fourth part is to the current university students to participate in the network public opinion responsibility consciousness question attribution separately from the university student oneself, the network community, the university responsibility education, the social environment four aspects attribution; the fifth part is the last part of the article, The author puts forward the cultivation measures of college students'network responsibility consciousness from the above four aspects.
