大陆与台湾地区区域教学资源中心建设的比较研究

【摘要】:随着我国高等教育规模的迅速扩张,我国高等教育迎来了巨大的挑战。如何打破高校之间的“院墙束缚”,建立教学资源中心,推动校际之间的交流与合作,实现高校间教学资源的合理配置与综合利用,将有限的教育资源交互使用,实现高校之间的优势互补,成为信息时代各高校提高教学质量、促进高等教育事业可持续发展的重要问题解决思路。本研究采用文献研究法,案例研究法,访谈研究法和比较研究法等方法作为主要研究方法。第一章分析我国进行区域教学资源中心建设的背景和动因,梳理国内外区域教学资源中心的研究资料,并以此为基础对相关概念进行界定。简要阐述区域教学资源中心建设研究的发展现状、研究意义、研究内容、研究方法等;第二章对本研究所依托的理论基础进行概述;在论文的第三章,笔者选取大陆地区和台湾地区区域教学资源中心建设的典型案例——行知联盟与北二区区域教学资源中心,从功能定位、运作机制、服务内涵、考评机制等四个比较维度对二者进行比较研究,并通过比较研究,总结出大陆区域教学资源中心功能定位不明确,联盟制度不完善,合作内容不深入,考评机制缺失等一系列的不足;第四章通过对二者的比较研究,总结出台湾区域教学资源中心对我国区域教学资源中心建设的启示,并在此基础上提出对我国精品资源共享课建设的建议:第一、坚持特色发展,增强教学资源共享意识。第二、制定、签署联盟合作章程。第三、建立公平的利益分配机制。第四、建设和维护统一的信息交流平台。第五、建立完善的内部监督与评估制度;第五章对全文进行归纳性总结,提出本研究的不足之处,因为所选取研究对象的局限性和搜集的研究资料的不完全,所作出的结论难免有所欠缺,提出进一步要解决的问题及未来的研究方向。
[Abstract]:With the rapid expansion of China's higher education scale, China's higher education has ushered in a huge challenge. How to break the shackles between colleges and universities, establish the teaching resource center, promote the communication and cooperation between colleges and universities, realize the rational allocation and comprehensive utilization of teaching resources among colleges and universities, and use the limited educational resources interactively. To realize the complementary advantages between colleges and universities has become an important way to solve the problems of improving the teaching quality and promoting the sustainable development of higher education in the information age. This research adopts literature research, case study, interview research and comparative research as the main research methods. The first chapter analyzes the background and motivation of the construction of the regional teaching resource center in China, combs the research materials of the regional teaching resource center at home and abroad, and defines the relevant concepts on this basis. A brief description of the development of regional teaching resource center research status, research significance, research content, research methods and so on; chapter two summarizes the theoretical basis of this research; in the third chapter of the paper, The author chooses the typical case of the construction of the regional teaching resource center in the mainland and Taiwan areas-the Xingzhi Alliance and the Northern two regions Regional Teaching Resource Center, from the function orientation, the operation mechanism, the service connotation, Through the comparative study of four comparative dimensions, the author concludes that the function of the teaching resource center in mainland China is not clear, the alliance system is not perfect, and the content of cooperation is not deep. The fourth chapter summarizes the enlightenment of the Taiwan Regional Teaching Resource Center to the construction of China's Regional Teaching Resource Center through a comparative study of the two. On this basis, the author puts forward some suggestions on the construction of high-quality resource sharing courses in China: first, insist on the characteristic development and strengthen the sharing consciousness of teaching resources. Second, formulate and sign the articles of association cooperation. Third, the establishment of a fair benefit distribution mechanism. Fourth, the construction and maintenance of a unified information exchange platform. Fifth, establish a perfect internal supervision and evaluation system. Chapter five summarizes the full text, and points out the shortcomings of this study, because of the limitations of the selected research object and the incomplete research data collected. The conclusions are inevitably deficient, and further problems to be solved and future research directions are proposed.
