【摘要】：“不坚决反腐就会对党造成致命伤害,甚至亡党亡国”,十八大以来党旗帜鲜明的指出要坚定不移的反对腐败,永葆共产党人清正廉洁的政治本色,开启了全面从严治党的新篇章,党要管党从严治党,惩治和预防腐败体系建设已经全面推进。廉洁教育是惩治和预防腐败体系的重要组成部分,是培养领导干部树立廉洁意识的根本途径,是从源头上预防腐败的重要措施。高校作为培养人才的摇篮本应风清气正,但近些年来违法、违纪问题时有发生,发生腐败的原因固然是多方面的,但高校廉洁教育弱化是其中一个主要因素。十八大以来高校廉洁教育虽然有了一定程度的发展,但仍处于起步阶段,高校廉洁教育体系还未完全构建,高校廉洁教育亟待加强和改善。本文将对构建高校廉洁教育体系相关内容进行论述,其主要内容共分为以下五个部分:第一部分:本文的引言。主要分析高校廉洁教育问题的背景、研究现状、研究内容及创新和不足。第二部分:高校廉洁教育体系的理论阐释。包括高校廉洁教育的内涵、基本特征、地位与功能。第三部分:高校廉洁教育体系构建的必要性。包括高校廉洁教育的形势、任务、存在的问题。第四部分:高校廉洁教育体系的特征与构成。包括教育者、教育对象、教育目标、教育内容、教育方法。第五部分:高校廉洁教育体系构建的构建路径。包括高校廉洁教育的顶层设计、实施运行、保障等。
[Abstract]:"if we do not resolutely fight against corruption, it will cause fatal harm to the party, or even destroy the party and the country." since the 18th National Congress, the party has clearly pointed out that it is necessary to unswervingly oppose corruption and always maintain the political integrity of the Communist Party. It has opened a new chapter of managing the party in an all-round and strict manner, and the construction of the system of punishing and preventing corruption has been comprehensively advanced. Clean education is an important part of punishing and preventing corruption system. It is the basic way to train leading cadres to set up clean consciousness and the important measure to prevent corruption from the source. Colleges and universities, as the cradle of cultivating talents, should be clean and upright, but in recent years, the problem of violating discipline has occurred from time to time, and the reasons of corruption are certainly various, but the weakening of clean education in colleges and universities is one of the main factors. Although the clean education in colleges and universities has developed to a certain extent since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it is still in its infancy. The system of clean education in colleges and universities has not been completely constructed, and the clean education in colleges and universities needs to be strengthened and improved urgently. This paper will discuss the related contents of constructing a clean education system in colleges and universities, the main content of which is divided into the following five parts: the first part: the introduction of this paper. This paper mainly analyzes the background, research status, research content, innovation and deficiency of clean education in colleges and universities. The second part: the theoretical explanation of clean education system in colleges and universities. Including the connotation, basic characteristics, status and function of clean education in colleges and universities. The third part: the necessity of constructing clean education system in colleges and universities. Including the situation, tasks and problems of clean education in colleges and universities. The fourth part: the characteristics and composition of clean education system in colleges and universities. Including educators, educational objects, educational objectives, educational content, educational methods. The fifth part: the construction path of the clean education system in colleges and universities. Including the top-level design, implementation and protection of clean education in colleges and universities.
