[Abstract]:Zhang Xinke wrote in the fifth term of "Jiangsu higher Education" in 2017. On the basis of drawing lessons from the model and experience of European and American engineering education and deeply analyzing the training mode of domestic applied talents, Zhang Xinke analyzed and analyzed the innovation and construction of "big application view, big engineering view". The new concept of talent cultivation is to promote the quality of talent training, to realize the overall coordinated development of students, and to provide reference for the implementation of talent training project in applied undergraduate colleges and universities in China. The author first analyzes the common problem that puzzles the cultivation of applied undergraduate colleges and universities: 1. The training of traditional application-oriented talents is always high.
