“一带一路”背景下的人才困境与高等教育路径转向的应然态势

【摘要】：人才是任何战略推行的支点与关键,"一带一路"倡议离不开组织、工程、非通用语言等方面人才的保障。然而,由于国家意志及教育定位上阶段性差异,面对"一带一路"的人才需求,目前国内高等教育人才培养体系将面临着较大的挑战,需要对当下高等教育路径进行较大的转向。研究认为,为满足"一带一路"倡议对人才的需求,高等教育在实施过程中,应该加快中西部高校建设,注重应用型人才的发展,重视"丝路"区域的大学联盟并拓展留学生教育,同时,要建构平台与标准促进"高精尖"与复合型人才的培养。
[Abstract]:Talent is the fulcrum and key of any strategy. "Belt and Road" initiative can not be separated from the guarantee of talents in organization, engineering, non-universal language and so on. However, due to the stage difference in national will and educational orientation, facing the demand of "Belt and Road", the present domestic higher education talent training system will face a great challenge. Need to carry on the bigger turn to the current higher education path. In order to meet the demand for talents in the "Belt and Road" initiative, higher education should speed up the construction of colleges and universities in the central and western regions and pay attention to the development of application-oriented talents. Attach importance to the university alliance in the "Silk Road" region and expand the education of overseas students. At the same time, we should construct a platform and standards to promote the cultivation of "high caliber" and compound talents.
