新时期高校德育师生伦理关系的构建研究

【摘要】:师生伦理关系是教育过程中师生之间产生的相互关系的总和。在高校德育教学中,和谐的师生伦理关系是德育实效性的保障。当前,多元文化的碰撞与交融已经是现代社会发展的趋势,反映在高校德育活动中,就是教师与学生人生观、价值观、世界观的多样性,这也造成了当下的高校德育师生伦理关系的不和谐之音。所以,要使高校德育达到预期的目的和质量,就要构建相互尊重、平等、对话、民主、信任、合作的新时期高校德育师生伦理关系。本文以当前我国高校德育师生伦理关系现状分析,阐述高校德育师生伦理关系存在的问题,并在此基础上提出构建的对策及建议。第一部分,前言。包括论文的选题背景及意义、国内外研究现状综述、研究内容和研究方法及创新点;第二部分,师生伦理关系的文化溯源和内涵解读及其构建意义。主要是对师生伦理关系的历史演进和相关概念的界定,并根据我国师生伦理关系同西方师生伦理关系的对比,阐述师生伦理关系构建的意义;第三部分,高校德育师生伦理关系问题的现实呈现。通过数据调查,分析当前我国高校德育师生伦理关系所存在的问题。第四部分,高校德育师生间伦理关系存在问题的原因分析。根据高校德育师生主体内因和社会文化环境影响的外因,深入的剖析高校德育师生伦理关系出现问题的本质原因。第五部分,高校德育师生伦理关系培育的内容。通过对问题的剖析,总结出新时期高校德育师生伦理关系培育的内容。第六部分,高校德育师生伦理关系建构的路径。根据前几部分的分析与思考,结合我国新时期的实际情况,提出我国新时期高校德育师生伦理关系构建的对策和路径;
[Abstract]:The ethical relationship between teachers and students is the sum total of the mutual relations between teachers and students in the process of education. In the teaching of moral education in colleges and universities, the harmonious ethical relationship between teachers and students is the guarantee of the effectiveness of moral education. At present, the collision and blending of multiculturalism has become the trend of the development of modern society. Reflected in the moral education activities in colleges and universities, it is the diversity of teachers and students' outlook on life, values and world outlook. This also causes the disharmonious tone of the ethical relationship between teachers and students in moral education in colleges and universities. Therefore, in order to achieve the expected goal and quality of moral education in colleges and universities, it is necessary to construct the ethical relationship between teachers and students in moral education in colleges and universities in the new period of mutual respect, equality, dialogue, democracy, trust and cooperation. Based on the analysis of the present situation of ethical relationship between teachers and students in moral education in colleges and universities in China, this paper expounds the problems existing in the ethical relationship of teachers and students in moral education in colleges and universities, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of this. The first part, preface. According to the analysis and thinking of the previous parts, combined with the actual situation in the new period of our country, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and ways to construct the ethical relationship between teachers and students in the moral education of colleges and universities in the new period of our country.
