跨境高等教育文化距离测度模型及对云南省的应用

【摘要】:随着跨境高等教育的快速发展,越来越多留学生参与到留学的热潮中去,中国经济突飞猛进的增长,也使得来华接受跨境高等教育的留学生数量逐年增加。而这其中也面临着许多问题,留学生所处东道国的文化环境与自己本国的文化环境存在差异,这种文化距离的存在使得留学生进入新环境会有一个跨文化适应的过程。然而影响文化距离的因素有很多,影响的程度也有所不同。因此,本文在已有研究的基础上,结合当前现状,分析了跨境高等教育中文化距离的影响因素。随着“一带一路”战略的持续推进,云南省参与跨境高等教育的学校越来越多,来云南高校学习的留学生数量也在逐年增加。由于云南省区位优势的存在,使得来云南接受跨境高等教育的学生大多为周边国家的学生,而来自其他国家的学生相对较少。尽管如此,留学生这一群体的数量也在不断扩大,因此,必须要处理好文化距离引起的跨文化冲突问题。只有这样,才能让云南省继续发扬地缘优势,提升跨境高等教育的质量,吸引更多的留学生来此学习。文章的具体内容如下:第一,对本篇论文的选题背景、研究意义、研究思路和方法以及研究内容都进行介绍;同时,从跨境高等教育、跨文化理论以及文化距离三方面对文献进行了详细阐述;第二,对跨境高等教育以及跨文化冲突的现状进行分析。对于跨境高等教育的现状,本文主要是从五个方面,以图表的形式对其进行清晰的阐述;而对于跨文化冲突的现状,主要是从六个方面进行详细叙述。第三,设计文化距离测度模型的指标体系,通过改进的层次分析法计算出各指标的权重,构建跨境高等教育文化距离测度模型;第四,利用文化距离测度模型,以云南省高等院校为例进行测度和典型案例研究;第五,根据上述案例分析的文化距离诸多因素在跨境高等教育影响程度,针对影响较大的因素提出跨境高等教育过程中应对对策,构建跨境教育过程中跨文化冲突的管理机制。第六,对当前论文的研究做了一个总结,同时提出了本篇论文的确定与不足,并对后续的研究给出了两点改进意见。当前我国跨境高等教育的发展速度很快,我们更应该在这个关键时刻做好跨境高等教育的跨文化管理工作,缓解留学生进入新环境带来的不适应和跨文化冲突,淡化文化距离的影响因素给他们带来的身心不适,为他们的学习生活创造一个轻松自在的环境,从而促进云南省跨境高等教育的快速发展,提升高校跨境高等教育的质量。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of cross-border higher education, more and more foreign students participate in the upsurge of studying abroad. The cultural environment of the host country of the foreign students is different from that of their own, and the existence of this cultural distance makes the international students enter the new environment will have a cross-cultural adaptation process. However, there are many factors affecting cultural distance, and the degree of influence is different. Therefore, based on the existing research and the current situation, this paper analyzes the influence factors of cultural distance in cross-border higher education. With the continuous development of "Belt and Road" strategy, more and more schools participate in cross-border higher education in Yunnan Province, and the number of foreign students coming to Yunnan colleges and universities is increasing year by year. Because of the location advantage of Yunnan Province, most of the students coming to Yunnan to receive cross-border higher education are students from neighboring countries, but the students from other countries are relatively few. In spite of this, the number of international students is also increasing, so we must deal with the cross-cultural conflict caused by cultural distance. Only in this way can Yunnan continue to develop its geographical advantages, improve the quality of cross-border higher education and attract more foreign students to study here. The specific contents of the article are as follows: first, the background of this paper, research significance, research ideas and methods, as well as research content are introduced; at the same time, from cross-border higher education, The cross-cultural theory and cultural distance are discussed in detail. Secondly, the current situation of cross-border higher education and cross-cultural conflict is analyzed. For the status quo of cross-border higher education, this paper mainly from five aspects, in the form of chart to explain clearly, and for cross-cultural conflict, mainly from six aspects of the detailed description. Thirdly, design the index system of the cultural distance measurement model, calculate the weight of each index through the improved analytic hierarchy process, construct the cultural distance measurement model of cross-border higher education; fourth, use the cultural distance measure model, Take Yunnan higher education as an example to measure and typical case study. Fifthly, according to the cultural distance of the above case analysis, many factors influence the cross-border higher education. In view of the influential factors, the countermeasures in the process of cross-border higher education are put forward, and the management mechanism of cross-cultural conflict in the process of cross-border education is constructed. Sixth, this paper summarizes the current research, and puts forward the determination and deficiency of this paper, and gives two suggestions to improve the future research. With the rapid development of cross-border higher education in our country, we should do a good job in cross-cultural management of cross-border higher education at this critical moment, so as to alleviate the unadaptability and cross-cultural conflicts brought about by the entry of foreign students into the new environment. Desalination of the influence factors of cultural distance brings them physical and mental discomfort, creates a relaxed and comfortable environment for their study and life, thus promotes the rapid development of cross-border higher education in Yunnan Province, and promotes the quality of cross-border higher education in colleges and universities.
