高校教师专业发展中“内生模式”与“外控模式”的协同效应

【摘要】:重视教师专业化发展已经成为当前国家教育改革的重要趋势。高校教师专业发展与高校教师内心自我需要相关,也与教师所在的组织和社会环境、需求相关。文章从马斯洛需求理论的分析、教师评价体系的导向作用以及基于高校文化的思考三个方面,探讨教师专业发展"内生模式"的动力取向;提出教师发展"外控模式"的协同实践,包括教师自主发展平台的构建、大学组织制度的平衡、教师学习共同体的实践。
[Abstract]:It has become an important trend of national education reform to pay attention to teachers' professional development. The professional development of teachers in colleges and universities is related to their inner self-needs as well as to their organization and social environment. Based on the analysis of Maslow's demand theory, the guiding role of teacher evaluation system and the thinking based on university culture, this paper probes into the dynamic orientation of "endogenous mode" of teacher professional development. This paper puts forward the cooperative practice of "external control mode" in teacher development, including the construction of teacher self-development platform, the balance of university organization system, and the practice of teacher learning community.
