高校教学同行评议研究

【摘要】:随着我国高等学校大众化进程的不断推进,高等院校的教学质量已成为社会各界普遍关注的焦点。高等学校教学评议是高校主动适应经济、政治、文化、科学技术发展的需要,对高校进行监督和诊断,保证高等学校教育活动的实际结果与培养目标保持一致,保障各类人才的质量,发挥高等教育在社会各方面的作用。高校教学评议在发展过程中出现了各种不同的评议形式,但总的来说,在高校教学评议中,学生评教、教师自评、领导监察评议、同行评议各占不同的权重,发挥着各自的作用,但由于学生及领导对教学内容不熟悉,无法对教师掌握知识的深度和广度、教师的课程设置能力以及教师所用的教学材料的科学性等问题作出准确的评议。教师自身则处于“当局者迷”的状况中,而同行专家能够站在旁观者的角度,又因为所学专业或领域相同或相近,可以对教师日常教学过程做出全面、准确的评判。因此本研究中对高校教学同行评议进行了详细的介绍,使高校教学评议主体更完善,有利于保障高校教学质量。本论文的主要工作是研究高校教学同行评议,对高校教学同行评议的目的、评议主体和客体、评议方法和标准、评议实施程序和评议反馈等进行研究和介绍,了解高校教学同行评议中存在的问题以及在提高教育教学质量方面的作用。从研究内容来看,本文分为五个部分:第一部分是绪论,主要明确了本文研究的问题和研究意义,综述了国内外关于高校教学同行评议的研究文献,阐述本文的研究内容、方法和思路。第二部分介绍了同行评议发展的过程。对文中的主要概念进行了界定,将同行评议在各个领域的演进过程做了介绍,着重阐释了教学中同行评议方法的运用。第三部分陈述了高校教学同行评议机制的构建,包括评议目的、评议主体、评议客体、评议方法和标准、评议实施程序和评议反馈等。第四部分结合我国高校实际情况对高校教学同行评议中存在的问题以及相应的改进建议进行了阐述。高校教学同行评议中所存在的问题主要有高校教学同行评议的人文失落、同行评议专家遴选方式不完善、同行评议非共识问题等。第五部分对文章进行了概述和梳理,并对研究程序中的问题进行了反思,以及以后应从哪些方面加深研究,进而使研究更有说服力。
[Abstract]:With the development of popularization of colleges and universities in our country, the teaching quality of colleges and universities has become the focus of attention. The teaching evaluation of colleges and universities is the initiative of colleges and universities to adapt to the needs of economic, political, cultural, scientific and technological development, to supervise and diagnose colleges and universities, and to ensure that the actual results of educational activities in colleges and universities are consistent with the objectives of cultivation. Ensure the quality of all kinds of talents and give play to the role of higher education in all aspects of society. In the course of the development of teaching evaluation in colleges and universities, there are various forms of evaluation, but generally speaking, in the process of teaching evaluation in colleges and universities, students' evaluation of teaching, teachers' self-evaluation, leaders' supervision and evaluation, and peer reviews each have different weights. Because students and leaders are not familiar with the teaching content, they can not make an accurate comment on the depth and breadth of the teachers' knowledge, the teachers' ability of curriculum setting and the scientific nature of the teaching materials used by the teachers. The teachers themselves are in the situation of "the local fans", and the peer experts can stand on the bystander's point of view, and because their major or field is the same or similar, they can make a comprehensive and accurate judgment on the teachers' daily teaching process. Therefore, this paper introduces the peer review of college teaching in detail, which makes the subject of teaching review more perfect and helps to ensure the quality of teaching in colleges and universities. The main work of this paper is to study the peer review of teaching in colleges and universities, and to study and introduce the purpose, subject and object, methods and standards, procedure and feedback of peer review of teaching in colleges and universities. To understand the problems existing in peer review of teaching in colleges and universities and its role in improving the quality of education and teaching. From the point of view of the research content, this paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, which mainly clarifies the problems and significance of this study, summarizes the domestic and foreign research literature on peer review of teaching in colleges and universities, and expounds the research content of this paper. Methods and ideas. The second part introduces the development process of peer review. This paper defines the main concepts, introduces the evolution process of peer review in various fields, and emphatically explains the application of peer review method in teaching. The third part describes the construction of peer review mechanism in colleges and universities, including the purpose, subject, object, method and standard, procedure and feedback. In the fourth part, the problems in peer review of teaching in colleges and universities and the corresponding suggestions for improvement are expounded in combination with the actual situation of colleges and universities in our country. The main problems in peer review of teaching in colleges and universities are the humanistic loss of peer review in colleges and universities, the imperfect selection of peer review experts, the non-consensus problems of peer review, and so on. The fifth part summarizes and combs the article, and reflects on the problems in the research procedure, as well as what aspects should be further studied in order to make the research more persuasive.
